And fedex delayed my 1-2 business day shipment for 2 weeks and is now sending my shipment back to the shipper without making any delivery attempts

High cost, low service

Their online tracking is not kept up to date and not the first time I've experienced this I have a package that showed sitting in the same place for nearly a week with no movement it was a gift for someone that has now passed and I still do not have the package it was ordered on the 6th today is the 22nd it's not anywhere near the estimated delivery date as when I ordered it and I still do not have it however oddly i placed orders from the same vendor that were shipped through the same carrier FedEx after this particular order and I received those but still haven't received the first order so if you're needing something by a certain date I would think twice if FedEx is the carrier

Never work with FedEx

I had this terrible experience with FedEx. Not just once its been nth time. And these bastards simply claim that they tried and no one is available to receive the parcel.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ANY LONGER. VERY POOR CUSTOMER CONCERNED THEY ARE. THEY DON'T CARE WHAT SO EVER THE IMPORTANCE OF THE DOCUMENT YOU ARE WAITING FOR. IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE THEM MINUS RATING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM IN MINUS.

To complain about a FedEx tracking number that does not work, you need a working tracking number [?!] This would be comical if there was perhaps another way to figure out where my parcel is - but there isn't. Nobody to talk to either. Complete idiocy. Bewildering.

Expect problems

If you want to have a hassle-free experience with shipping don't have FedEx deliver your items. On multiple occasions, I have had to repeatedly call their customer service line and ask them why they haven't delivered the package. Just to hear that I need to be there to sign for the package which isn't a problem. The problem arises when you ask for a later delivery time so you will be home to sign and they continue to try to deliver at 11:00 AM and you're still at work. Until you call so many times that they send you to the warehouse to pick up the package. Another gripe I and others that I have spoken to about their experience is that online tracking is at best a very rough estimate and at worst a complete guess not to mention a delivery date for when they are not even open and or shipping that day. All in all, I would recommend another company such as UPS or even your government postal services.

Scammers

FedEx will not refund your money, give you partial credit, or any of the sort. They take your money and make no promises. The money back shipping guarantee is a joke. They will tell you lies to deceive you. Definitely do not risk it with this company. Go elsewhere. They are not to be trusted. I can't emphasize how crooked they are. I hope they are shut down as the frauds they are.

I moved about a month ago and someone sent something to my old address. I tried to go through the online portal to make it so I can pick the package up or change the address and the website doesnt work enough to let me get into my profile to edit and put shipments on hold. Then I try chat support and it says I have to call. Then I call and get the automated help that doesnt help. Tells me my package is scheudled for delivery Wednesday then hangs up on my.

Fedex support and system is trash.

FedEx is the most terrible and awful post in Canada. I paid for one-day delivery and haven't received my box after a week! No one is responsible and answer to my call or question! The customer service is terrible. Nver ever try fedex this is a mess and terrible.

FedEx has become worst shipper... in last one month they missed 4 of packages deliver on time. Its one dat delay but the whole week what a shame on the company. USPS is better than FedEx atleast the next day they deliver.

Don't trust FedEx.

I already work for the postal service, and I thought it was just the local drivers but no apparently it's the entire company. This is my second package that is most likely going to get 'lost' that contains my debit cards for my checking account. I have gone without it for 21 days and it's getting ridiculous, and the lack of transparency for phone calls. The automated system refusing to connect you to a real person about questions like 'why was my package in my state then went right back to the original post office that it came from!?' This entire ordeal is getting out of hand over night, is OVER NIGHT! NOT 'LETS SEND IT 10 HOURS AWAY THEN TO YOUR STATE THEN BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ADDRESS AND HOLD THE PACKAGE ANOTHER DAY WHEN WE GOT IT TO YOUR SORTING FACTORY IN 2 HOURS!' At this point why spending the ridiculous price for over night shipping if your not going to get your package EXPIDITED!

The last 2 xs I've expected a package from fed ex, it's always the same problem. Scheduled Date ALWAYS gets pushed back. This time it's been pushed back already 3 xs this week. They can never get it together. I wish I could pick the carrier on some of the stores I order from because fed ex is not it!

Wasted day

Have been waiting all day for a package, updates all afternoon and this evening have said will be here by the end of day today, they have until 8pm to get it here and now we just received a notice that it will not be here today and there is no ship date available, what a scam this company is, would seem to be easier to tell the truth instead of lying to your customers, what a waste of time.

9 of 10 times deliveries were delayed,... Local management is a joke. I've gone to the location many times because of delays. The local manager could care less. UPS is the only way to go

2 packages lost in 2 months

So I had a shipment come out to Cali from Florida and I tracked it all the way to a location about 1h away on dec 7th stating it had arrived there. It was supposed to ship out from there the next day Dec 8 to me and nothing then the update said on truck will arrive in Dec 10th at this point I've talked to FedEx and was asking what's going on it originally said it would be here on the 8th. They couldn't tell me a damn thing other than it's at that site and shipping out the 10th well the 10th comes around and it says it's gonna be shipped out and arrive on the 14th now. So I file with fedex when it doesn't arrive on the 14th and the company I ordered from at this point. Fedex goes and tells me it arrived on the 9th. Mind you it said it was out for delivery on the 10th and then scheduled for the 14th after that. Also I have cameras and know for a fact it didn't get delivered. I file a dispute and they basically give me the middle finger saying it was delivered and not their problem. Now a month later I have a modem shipped to me that was supposed to be here last Friday then it was postponed to Wednesday now it's just gone with no way to find out where it is so again I'm having to talk to the company I ordered from trying to get it figured out. In short FedEx is a POS company that doesn't give a $#*! about anyone but themselves.

Never on time

I cannot recall a single time a Fedex package has been delivered on time. You think it's coming on a certain day - and inevitably... it is rescheduled for a later date. Usually get the notification the day it is supposed to be delivered. NEVER have this problem with UPS or Amazon. USPS is actually usually earlier than expected. Hands down, worst shipping company.

I was not surprised that FedEx has a bad review online because I can attest to that!
1)It took them 57 days before they delivered it at my place not after I attempted to pick it up at a Staple branch and the item was not available.
2)Their customer service hotline number is not reliable. Giving you wrong information about the exact status of your delivery item. Better to email them and they will reply but the solution for the problem is not enough for me.
3)Their 3rd party... Staples manager... don't know how deal with me because he did not even apologized for the inconvenience I waited for more than an hour for the missing item because it was pulled out by FedEx.To think that I just talked through phone on their staff 5 hours ago that anytime... I will be at their branch.It is like there is no proper coordination or endorsement. I did not hear a single word from the manager until I was endorsed by their staff who attended to me during that time.
So it is up to you if you want this kind of service...

Delays

I had a delivery that required an adult signature. The Fed Ex tracking number states its on the delivery truck and out for delivery Tuesday. No package. Tuesday night I check and the package is delayed. Wednesday it is on the truck and out for delivery. I get a call from Fed Ex at 2PM confirming my name and address and stating the package will be delivered Wednesday. It's Thursday and no package, But it is on the truck. My package has been riding around Chattanooga for 3 days and cant get delivered. Will it happen today? Meanwhile I am stuck here waiting.

TERRIBLE

I ordered An item that was supposed to come in 5 days ago and they are still shipping it out. Every-time I call they give me a terrible excuse and say its the weather or I wasn't there to get it when I've been waiting for it to come all day. It says it will come in tomorrow now but who knows if it will come tommrow or next year... UPS or Amazon would never
