I've contacted FedEx repeatedly about this. It's very simple. Deliver packages to the back door. The driver refuses to do it. FedEx refuses to make their driver follow instructions.
I blocked the stairs to the front porch so we can't get up the stairs. He just throws the packages over the blockade. I left a note telling them don't deliver to the front porch. Delivers to the front porch anyways. I've added to the label in the section where my name goes and where the apartment goes all deliveries must go to the back door. He refuses to do it. They all tell me when I call and talk to them on the telephone I will get this right over to the plant and they'll take right care of it Spirit every single package so far this week still got one left tomorrow has been delivered to the front porch because he's lazy or maybe he's just stupid I don't know. I don't care. I'm not going to do business with anybody who ships through FedEx because the driver can't follow instructions and they don't care.

This order shipped from Michigan to Alabama. It made it to Georgia and then shipped to Illiinois. Then shipped to Missippi where it is stalled yet again.

To meet your soulmate and be able to have the opportunity to communicate in the way of gifts is a large step for any relationship. I used my company to finance a delivery of a parcel to my soulmate in Edmonton Alberta from Abbotsford British Columbia. My encounter began October 27th at 7:00 by being told that no parcel delivery service delivered on the weekend and that I had missed the cutoff. I was told that it would be picked up on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday by FedEx. I was charged $70.30. I received communication from FedEx by means of email three times October 30th. The first said the parcel would be delivered by October 31st. The second said it would be delivered by October 31st. The third said it would be delivered by Days end October 31st. All three communications were deliberate lies and the parcel was not delivered at all today. I called the company twice, got caught in a loop with their virtual assistant, finally talked to a human and was dismayed to learn that it will not be delivered until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The exact same package to be delivered by Canada Post Express would have been a third of the price and would have been there the same time.
If love matters to you if your communication by means of gifts is important to you if your commitment and your word has any meaning to the people you are communicating and committing to do not use FedEx
Filed a complaint with someone in another country. They said the completed an investigation and the driver was interviewed and he delivered to the correct address! When i questioned the person who and where he was interviewed fedex investigator could not answer! I would not use fedex it's terrible that you cannot talk to someone in America. They just don't care

Horrible company! Quoted 150$ to ship an item, charged 450$ to my bank account. Submitted receipt and proof of 150$ and they cited "fine print" that they reserve the right to update price during shipping for whatever reasons needed. I am now out a ton of money. I submitted a complaint and all my proof of purchase to BofA who did an investigation, but they reached out to FedEx who managed to keep our money anyway and made it so BofA wouldn't refund it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Will never forget this.
For the last three years, I have not had a single package that was shipped via FedEx arrived on time. It has been nearly a month for my recent package that was shipped using FedEx and the package has not been delivered as of today. Originally, it was promised 4 days for delivery. I have called multiple times and multiple times been lied to with excuses that obviously a lie such as it is late due to a vacation hold. I have tried to escalate this to managers with no luck. They just don't care and much like other operators they give you an empty promise to follow up and never did. If FedEx is reading this, I have talked to Joel, Analiza, Mario, Julie, Cornal with zero help. Absolutely the worst experience and the worst company that has had plenty of opportunity to fix an issue and they just miss it by miles.
10/25/23 i am trying to complete an international shipping document on FedEx.com. I tried several times and could never get it to finalize. I called 2 times and each time received information that did not help. Finally i am told i have to go back to the old version to create a document. The version that FedEx shows on their website doesn't work. So instead of them taking it down and returning to the format that works, they make customers work for over an hour (not counting the 30+ minutes of phone time) to be told to delete the form i completed from their website and click on something that is not obvious to take me back to the old form. This is ridiculous for a company to but the burden on the shipper because of their technical errors

I ordered items, which arrived at the FedEx hub on the 13th. I still have not received my package as of today 26/10/2023. It arrived on the 16th and I have been calling consistently everyday, asking for the duty invoice since the then scheduled delivery date (19/10), which I only received yesterday. So technically I have a package sitting at the airport, cleared by customs, duty paid - for ten (10) days, with up to six calls on some days - all in all, at least +/- 20 calls and sharing my email for a supposed quick response, and visits to the branch, and still no package.
I have lost revenue because of the delay.

Foreign representatives have a difficult time understanding the issue and are of no help. I recommend having US deliveries with issues go to a US representatives.
The website is easy to navigate and offers many options and information for handling international shipping, a lot of steps to follow for customs controls like Fedex Insight. I like it, it is just slow sometimes. Recommendable for managing real time international shipping. I think it is better than the competitors. Go on Fedex.
We were expecting to receive our package on the 12th of October, but it was delayed because of the documentation that we needed to submit for Customs Clearing. Everything was going smoothly until past 6pm on October 19 when FedEx vehicle driver Warlito Mahilum and courier assistant Brylle Villalobos turned everything into a nightmare. They were extremely impatient, rude, and disrespectful. They were simply asked to wait for a few minutes so that we could get the payment from the house, but Brylle Villalobos kept insisting that they still had a lot of parcels to deliver. I had to repeat myself over the phone, to please wait. Alas, as shown in our CCTV, it was not even 2 minutes when our driver came back with the payment and they were already gone with our package. It became a 24 hour roller coaster ride of phone calls and email exchanges just to receive our package. The Customer Service Team headed by Maureen Zamora, Customer Experience Relationship Lead who assisted us with the case were very helpful in ensuring that we would be able to get our package intact and that our grueling experience would not go unnoticed.
As of this writing, we have received the packages - commendations and thanks go to Maureen and her team. While our packages may have already been received, we are still waiting to hear about the complete case report from the management of FedEx Philippines. This is not the type of service we expect from an established and supposedly reputable courier service such as FedEx. We would like to know why your two representatives acted in this manner and at the same time, we would like to be assured that this will not happen again to us or to any of your customers moving forward.
I paid for express shipping a week before I needed my package and somehow fed ex misplaced my package I needed for my son's senior night. Every time you try to call customer service they give you a computer and hang up so you can't get a refund or credit for their mistake. This isn't the 1st time this happened to me the 1st time they didn't send my wedding linens in time for my wedding. I'm jus over this entire company.
My shipment AWB no************** confirmation for pickup given on 12-Oct and today is 17-Oct and great FEDEX has not collected yet.

Terrible, Bessemer Al can't walk another 20 feet to my front door, these people shouldn't be working for anyone. They are too lazy and always deliver to my garage, like who's at my garage 10 feet from the road and walkers. LAZY WORKERS
I am very frustrated. This is 2nd time Fedex is delivering my package to SAME random house out there. They posted a picture of delivery showing the house that's not even at my subdivision or neighborhood. There isn't a similar address or number out there near me. At this point I can't stop thinking that driver is dishonest and disqualified person who is delivering all my expensive packages to their family or friend house. Especially with 2nd package they delivered to wrong address, package was initially delayed due to 'business closed' - it is residential address and you never came by, and 2nd time it was delayed again due to incorrect address (which is CORRECT address) ok Fedex, Im so done with you guys and I want to avoid you if possible. They are the worst shipping company out there.
Their customer service is ridicules. You will not be able to resolve your problem via talking to some one at customer service and even after you talk to so called supervisor. Not able to understand what that person sitting and talking at customer service.
My order was placed on a Friday didn't receive it till late on the following Monday even then I was estimated at 8-12 and didn't receive my package till 5 pm on next day delivery! They transferred my package to 2 different states before coming to my state instead of the Fed ex building close to my city I officially HATE Fed ex it's run by idiots go ups don't go Fed ex

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
