FedEx insists that the address I provided is incorrect, even though it is accurate. They deserve a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
This seems to happen all the time. I had a package that was shipped to FedEx, and FedEx said it would be here on the 19th. Then they turned around said it'd be here in the 15th today between 9:10 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. so my wife decided to wait around home for it and then the morons never delivered it. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and I would never use them but the company used them that I bought the package from. From now on if it shipped FedEx I'll order somewhere else because FedEx is absolutely useless.
My fed ex driver Adam in north Nashville has gone above and beyond to make sure I get my packages. My house is blocked off by construction workers and he sends a call to meet at the bottom of the driveway so I can receive my packages. Other delivery drivers from other companies did not even attempt to deliver and sent my packages back. Thank you Adam for being a great person.
They keep leaving packages at the top of my very long driveway and one has definitely been stolen and another not really delivered or stolen. Today they say they loaded a package on the truck and tried to deliver it but had an "exception" because no one was home (no signature was needed so no one needed to be home but I was home) or because the business was closed. Not a business. Then you call customer service and they read drivel from a script and are no help whatsoever because they don't really "get" the concept because they don't really speak English. They said it was never intended to be delivered today because the business paid for delivery tomorrow. Well that's no what Walmart thought. They told me it would be here today and did FedEx. Then the girl "offshore" told me that message was in error and I never should have been told that. Isn't it odd that UPS, USPS, Amazon can always find the front porch and FedEx never can. Ask a driver why - you'll be shocked at what they expect of the drivers. I can't add proof of purchase because I bought it online. Update: Package arrived today and was placed on porch as it should have been
Fed-ex continues to deliver to wrong door/entrance, thus making a couple orders disappear. Even though they took a picture of my "GATE", it was NOT MY DOOR. Because they did not follow instructions, I never got my package. I have called, several times, and they refuse to follow my instructions on deliveries, or give me a refund of my item lost. They keep saying to "call the seller", but I can not, as it was on EBAY, and they closed the case, saying Fed-ex showed delivery. Last Saturday, they left a package OF FOOD AT THE WRONG ENTRANCE, Which i never use! Thank Goodness I decided to check that door. The package was all wet from ice melting from the roof onto it! I would NEVER RECOMMEND FED-EX FOR ANYTHING, and if I had a choice, would not order from a seller using it.
Tracking said I was supposed to have a package on Tuesday December 11th, the package never arrived and now tracking says unknown. Can't get customer service on the phone can't get customer service in an email can't get customer service on text. World's worst delivery company, I cringe every time I see my package is going to be delivered by FedEx. Their customer service phone number runs you around in circles and then tells you it can't help you and to call back when you have a better attitude. No wonder people get infuriated with this company
No good at all. I didn't get my first package.Second package seems same. I'd rather pickup it up myself. I will call to pick up from the store myself. I had package from FedEx wish I had to go pick it up myself. I never received my package. No trust fedex.
Driver keeps leaving packages by the road instead of placing on porch. Two weeks ago he left a 3500 dollar solar generator with big letters on the box,reading "Jackaby" printed on the box, right by the road. It is a miracle it did not get stolen. I hurt myself and my 12 year old daughter hurt her back as we struggled to get it in. The supervisor of FedEX in Braselton GA promised they would not do again after I contacted BBB. They did not contact me until I contacted BBB despite repeated calls to customer service and repeated promises they would call. To get me to remove of of BBB they promised the moon and one week later did it again. Worst company in the world for service. Horrible. This time they blocked my steps and I can not go down and no one can come up. Heavy rain is moving in. I am under lift restrictions and getting ready to have surgery for a complication. I would not have ordered anything else if FEdEX had not promised me this was resolved.

I've had to call them 8 x in two months as they can't seem to ever locate my house. They delivered a 100$ pkg to wrong address and the police station had to bring it to me. I've had a shipment delivered 5 days late that was a bday present. Now I'm waiting on my Christmas tree to be delivered and was on the phone with them yesterday for 15 mins hoping I solved the issue but once again today delivery was failed as they couldn't locate my house. I'm severely mad! My house is on the main road in town and Everyone else seems to find me. Completely unacceptable!
FedEx used to be a good delivery service their service has become unreliable and absolutely terrible
I really believe that FedEx drivers no longer have to read and write English I have left numerous directions on where to put packages and not once in a dozen deliveries has it been in the right place. They promise delivery dates and and do not meet them. When you call customer non-service you get someone who can barely speak the English language reading from a script. They cannot give you any reason for things being late or any better explanation than what you can find with a tracking number. When you ask to speak to a supervisor you were either abruptly disconnected or told I can't do that.
My driver tried to make a delivery at 6 am...Sunday morning really? Then when l call customer service My door tag number is not available & you can't talk to a live person without it. Horrible service.
Shocked that a package from Oahu to Maui, sent as 2 day shipping, and reported as on the truck for delivery the next day, was NEVER delivered. Received notices for 3 days ' saying on the truck out for delivery', but never delivered! On day 2 they lied and said they attempted to deliver at 6:30 pm. They absolutely did not! Day 3 they didn't show up, and on day 4 they again said 'out for delivery, making the 4th day in a row. Horrible Maui management for FedEx. Will not trust them going forward. We eventually had packaged returned to sender for a full refund of our purchase, as we were flying back to mainland. Pathetic FedEx!
Fedex home delivery marked delivered when they did not. 3 times in the last couple of months. The status changed to delivered when no Fedex truck showed up in our apartment. It happened to big packages (a bike and a bed frame) and small (a pair of running shoes) equally.
At the second and third time, I went to see nearby to try to find a Fedex delivery truck but I saw none. Are those really cases of wrong delivery or there is a cartel involving Fedex drivers to steal stuffs to sell somewhere.
The worst thing with Fedex is that there is no channel to make complaint or ask for investigation. When you call them you only a very deficient automatic system that ends nowhere. Conclusion: Fedex is the worst. Amazon and Walmart should stop working woth Fedex.
Ordered a new cell phone at the end of aug 2023 got lost in Memphis. Got everything squared up with shipper.Then today nov 30 I get the box delivered no phone in it, and box was tore up and you could see where someone opened it. I just want to know what kinda of moron would ship a empty box.
Would have given a big fat 0 if I could have. Drivers CLAIM they are delivering but aren't even stopping at the door. Sat in hallway from 8 am to 5:30 pm waiting for delivery. Never showed up, but CLAIMED they had been by at 3:15. Company believes the lying drivers. Rip off business. Use UPS instead, they are dependable.

FedEx damaged my package. It was a Black Friday special from Walmart. Instead of taking responsibility for it, they sent the package back to Walmart who refunded the item and REFUSE to replace it or give me the same Black Friday price. FedEx staff were rude! Did nothing to fix the problem! Then, hung up on me several times. Walmart and FedEx don't care about their customers! They're ridiculous!
I live in an apartment complex with a gate the driver pulled up saw the gate around my apartments then sped off, no attempt to deliver! The kicker is our drive thru gate is broken so it's wide open! Many of our walk in gates are broken too. Never again will I use FedEx!
If the driver doesn't want to deliver…They indicate you weren't home. BS, we were home with the door open and waiting three different deliveries throughout the past year and that is what the website message said. The driver just simply writes that you weren't home even though you were these guys need to get their $#*! together.

Horrible company. They just make sure that you pay demurrage and custom duty by doing something or the other. They will ask for random documents and then block for 24 hours so that you cannot submit it. Pathetic company with pathetic rules
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
