My order was placed on a Friday didn't receive it till late on the following Monday even then I was estimated at 8-12 and didn't receive my package till 5 pm on next day delivery! They transferred my package to 2 different states before coming to my state instead of the Fed ex building close to my city I officially HATE Fed ex it's run by idiots go ups don't go Fed ex
Driver delivered 2 packages, maybe 30 lbs. In stead of coming up the stairs and leaving it at the door (where it is less prone to theft and out of the elements, they placed them at the bottom of the steps in plain view of the street and where they could be rained on. Called customer service. They advised me that the driver can leave the packages "anywhere on the property". How unprofessional can you be! No wonder they have a 1.4 rating.
Took 2 day from the U.S.A to Stansted England then 10 days to reach my home 200 miles away keep getting delivery days and times 3 in total stayed in waiting but no show due tomorrow 8/10/23 fingers crossed
Our FedEx home delivery driver continues to damage shipment's. He is on camera throwing packages down hard. So hard its heard on other side of home sounds like somebody hit the house. Its also on camera. When confronted nicely. His answer was my bad. Than as he was out of sight gave the finger( on camera he didnt know about) than proceeded to MF ME very loudly leaving our driveway neighbors could actually hear him. Not what i would have working for me. Also uses the streets as his personal race track. Out of the north haven ct terminal….delivering in meriden.
I will add he didn't start this behavior till a few months ago….

I ordered radiator fan and shroud thru EBay, and picture shows how Fed-Ex treated a fragile package and tried to tape it back together to hide thier lack of fragile handling.
I was furious when I found out I had to pay $83.00 to return a picture that I bought from Wayfair. FedEx is such a ripoff and hopefully I don't have to use them.
The whole shipment process was full of inefficiencies that delayed the shipment. It almost caused my shipment to be destroyed by customs, since Fedex didn't feel like contacting me or replying to my emails. On top of this, they charge huge amounts on your phone bill if you call their customer service (which you need to call since they don't answer emails).
In the future, the top priority of any purchase I make online will be that it cannot be shipped by Fedex
Packages were supposed to arrive Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I spent hours on the phone with people who speak very little english. Promised delivery on Monday. I took off work to be home to accept the delivery. They tried to deliver somewhere else where there was no one to sign. Took packages back to some facility hours away. Promised delivery today, Tuesday. I took off work again. Tracking says they didn't even try. Of the dozens of rude people I talked to, only one was kind and helpful. Customer service has put me through what can only be describe as absolute hell for 4 days. Astonishing that a company with this horrific service can remain in business.
2 out of 2 other deliveries in the past 5 years were almost as bad as this. I ask what they're going to do to make up the lost billable time and amounts I had to pay out of pocket. They said nothing. Promises to call me back that never happened. Promises to keep me updated that never happened. Promises to deliver day after day that can only be decribed as blatant lies. One rep tried to tell me I was always supposed to get it on Tuesday but I have 11 emails that say otherwise. Rep told me the place where the packages go out from doesn't have a phone. Google maps say closed to the public. Tomorrow is going to be another $0 income day. Current outcome, I've lost over $1,300 for items that cost $468.30. Seller won't reimburse me because this is all FedEx's fault.
No customer service. They hire idiots that could care less if packages get delivered. Blank door tags, no communication, no contact, nothing. One of the absolute worst companies on the planet.
I paid almost $200 to have a one pound package sent form the US to Spain. I used FedEx because they act as your Customs Broker on foreign shipments, which should expedite customs clearance. Their cost was 4 times what I would have paid shipping it via the Post Office, but I would have to deal with customs directly. I used the FedEx web site to prepare the document required, but there was still an issue clearing customs. They didn't contact me when this happened - I had to check the status on-line to see what the problem was. I have made 8 calls to the FedEx customer service to address the issue - they just enter a query in the computer system and never actually talk to anyone at the Spain facility. After sending them several Emails providing information they requested they stopped responding to me.

I live in a residential private community. The post office explained precisely how to set up our address for delivery. Fed Ex just cant seem to get the address correct. Why yes they take a picture and say the item was delivered but its never in front of my home! And the process to file a claim and contact Amazon is really frustrating...so much time is put into tracking down items and trying to rectify the issue and get a refund. I would say over 95% of my items shipped via Fed Ex do not make it to my home. Fed Ex needs to do better for their customers.
I sat home 3 days waiting for work laptop as it required in-person signature. Multiple calls after online status wasn't accurate or updated. Couldn't get resolution & being told I would get updated which never did. Finally reported was at local dist center but nobody there could locate. Lost? I would suggest conveniently "misdirected". No help, no human, no escalation, no follow through or ownership. Robotic scripted responses from the only phone number they have. HORRIBLE experience and to think they made their mark initially by offering customer service. Another US icon poised to bite the dust.
I have had nothing but problems with this company. Today was the last straw. I receive medications shipped by FedEx. I live in an apartment building of 4 floors. I'm on the 4th, there's an elevator. There's also a secured door entrance that has to be opened by the resident. There are directions given that they are to personally HAND the box ONLY to ME plus ONLY MY signature. The pharmacy & I had put these directions with the orders as protection because I don't trust fedex. There's also directions that IF I don't answer MY buzzer, they are to CALL ME. Not too difficult, I feel. Today someone let him in. The driver handed that person (don't know who) my meds! Then the driver had that resident sign MY name! I am beyond words as to the flagrant, irresponsible, stupid, ignorant, brainless, dense, unintelligent (guess I did find a few words) this driver is. It's not too difficult to take the elevator up to the 4th floor, knock on my door, hand me the box, & sign for it. As simple as that. A monkey could do that, but I don't want to compare the driver to a monkey because I don't want to hurt the monkey's feelings. This isn't the first time a driver of FedEx did something like this. Another example happened with one of my food deliveries, which was delivered by, guess who, none other than, FedEx. He left the FOOD in the LOBBY! If a resident hadn't knocked on my door to let me know about it, it would have sat there for who knows how long or stolen. It was already sitting down there for over an hour! One more example is that the drivers leave packages, not only mine but other residents, in the vestibule that people can walk in from the streets through the unlocked first door (it's left unlocked for people to make deliveries, visitors so they can buzz up the resident) & steal it. (It's already happened to me). There have been numerous times that this has happened. However, with the screw up of today's delivery was the last straw. This will be the last delivery EVER from fedex. The med company dropped them & switched me to UPS. Hallelujah the skies have opened up with UPS.
Contacted FedEx to request a late delivery was informed that the late delivery request is not up to them but up to the asked if package could be left without signature being explained that was not allowed but informed me I could pay for a scheduled delivery or I can pick up but I would have to lift my Arcade by myself
The email specifically said it would be delivered to my door. They left it at the first floor leaning against the rail at the bottom of the stairs. This is a heavy package in a big box & I live on the THIRD floor with no elevators. Anyone could have stolen my package. I cant carry this up alone so now I have to wait for someone to help me. Hopefully no one will steal it... Horrible experience.
Atrocious customer service, with a completely useless website that does anything but help the customer. Why is it so hard to simply speak with a human, who could actually help, unlike your robo directory.
Crappiest customer service ever! Parcels get often lost or returned to the sender without warning and without even attempting a first delivery. This company is managed by lazy incompetent couriers that most of the times fake deliveries and say "they've attempted to deliver many times", although there is zero proof.
I purposely wasted entire days staying at home to don't miss my delivery and nobody ever showed up! They never left a single email, text or proof of attempted deliveries in my mailbox.
Then you call the helpless and rude phone operators (that can barely speak English), and 99.9% of the times they say "there is nothing they can do" or someone will call you back and that obviously never happen.
DO NOT USE!
Fedex seems to be unable to give an accurate time of arrival for parcels. I understand that an international shipment can take a long time, but I don't understand how the delivery of a parcel can be delayed by a day every day for three days. Maybe Fedex expects us to take a week's holiday to receive a parcel? Please don't use this incompetent company that doesn't respect its customers.
Special thanks to Fedex customer service, which is almost entirely robotised and makes it very difficult to obtain even the slightest bit of information. Fedex's attempt at moderation is clearly a complete failure.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
