Return items fedex lost items I never got reimbursed for there error. Dont trust fedex deliveries they poorly track there shipping. Now I am out $100.00 because of their mishap idiots
I really hate this company sometimes. I rely on them to get my medication. I will check the delivery status and it will show Out For Delivery then a couple of hours later, I get a notification that it will be delivered another day due to an attempt to deliver because they didn't have access. That is total BS! There was never an attempt to deliver my package.
I called FedEx after refusing an item. After telling them I talked to the driver and refused the item, they told me to double check my property. Even claimed the item was signed for. About to the point I'll refuse to do business with anyone who uses them. Now I have to hope the company I ordered from is honest. I have zero proof the item was refused other than my landlord seeing them get reloaded back on truck.
Fedex delivery on yesterday, $800 valued package with sign receipt request. Huge box left on my front porch without requesting sign receipt. I opened my front door as the Fedex delivery man is gallivanting back to his Fedex truck and asked if this package had a sign delivery request. He said no and then asked me my name. I told him my last name. I called Fedex to ask if this package had a sign receipt request associated with and the call agent Fedex representive stated yes and that the package was signed for. This Fedex employee is fraudulent by providing a signature and by falsifying records. I issued a formal Fedex complaint. Now what is Fedex going to do about it? UPS is 100% better delivery service and deserves the business, at least in my neighborhood. Example, Saturday I received two huge boxes with NO sign for receipt request. The UPS Driver placed packages on my porch and knocked on my front door. Once hearing the knock, I opened the door and saw packages and retrieved them quickly. The UPS driver waved and I waved back as a way of saying thank you UPS for caring that I received my packages which FEDEX did not care at all, since the process to receive a signature upon package receipt was forgone and the postal service record was falsified by the FEDEX driver with a signature which was not mine.

If your delivery is only a day late, it's still on time. My deliveries are never delivered on the original date. It's always delayed. Such a frustrating delivery service. If I had a choice when I placed an order, FedEx would be my last choice!
FedEx used to be my go to for all shipping. Their prices are too high and now they deliver everything by dropping over my gate. No longer do I get it on the doorstep. I am older and I often have to unpack my boxes at the gate because I can't move them and they are often split apart after dropping over the gate. I stopped shipping with both my business and personal because the service is just not good anymore. I also find the entire FedEx online system extremely frustrating because you can't talk to anyone.
I've been in transportation over 40 years and can't understand how you people can get a package within miles of its destination then ship it over 1500 mile in a different direction to maybe getting it back where it belongs. So how are you still in business?
First lie: I was given a delivery time window. I sat ten feet from the door for the entire window and beyond. I received an email from Fed-Ex that no one was present at my home to sign for the package.
Second lie: I spoke to a Fed-Ex agent requesting my package be held at the local Fed-Ex office as they typically only hold for 5 business days and I was away until the 6th business day after delivery. I was assured they would note my request and assured me they would hold the package the extra day for me. When I went to pick it up they had sent it back to the place I had ordered it from. Not only did they do that, they said it was "impossible" to have it sent back to my local office even though they sent it back only 24 hours earlier.
Estimate given and not accepted. Now we are being threatened on a daily basis. Fedex state that they will come to our home and if they do not recieve their money then the police will be called.
I have an international package coming from China that requires import duty tax payment. That would be fine if there was anyway for me to pay this. I have called 10 times over the last week trying to pay and been sent an online payment link that does not work over and over again. The website is probably the worst website I have ever used, full of broken links. They are now threatening to return the item to China as it is unpaid. Absolutely unbelievable. This is a one of custom made frame that had express delivery paid for. Disgraceful company. Will never used again
Iv'e had the last 4 packages delivered by fedex messed up in some way. 1st one I had to just go pick it up cause they wouldn't deliver it out of the ship center for whatever reason and it was a simple small package nothing crazy. 2nd was a direct signature required one and they just dropped it off without even knocking and I stayed home just for that to sign it. 3rd was delivered to the wrong house no idea where that one is at currently and lastly they tired to deliver again and no one came to the door (maybe wrong house again) and is now delayed tell Monday when I wont be home because I purposely stayed home today again. So now I need to wait tell late tonight to try and grab it off the truck when it gets back to the ship center. What a crazy way and a joke to run a business like they are currently.
This is the second time in one week that my package has gone to the wrong address, not to mention the wrong delivery address in the past. My address is so CLEAR on my mailbox, so i don't understand why this is a constant issue with the delivery drivers. I understand trying to deliver in a timely manner but what good is that when packages are continually going to the wrong address? PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS BETTER
Horrible customer service. You cannot talk to a human and the auto bot keeps hanging up. I really dont know how Fed Ex is in business
FedEx is the worst delivery company ever. They misdelivered my package, sent me an email stating it was delivered and if I had not received it, I should contact the shipper. If they followed up after my call, their picture clearly shows it's not my home. So just admit your mistake and stop asking me if I've received the package and for me to contact the shipper. They're a HORRIBLE COMPANY!
It's time to actually do your jobs again Fed-ex!
I received my delivery from Wayfair this morning. I live in a tower and when he called up I asked if he could bring it to my door - it was 50 Pounds! He said "No". I am disabled by the way. Before Covid couriers used to do their jobs, they get paid quite well to drive and drop boxes but it seems too much to ask for them do even do that. I am betting Wayfair is losing business because of them.
The driver pulled in and sat in the truck for a minute or so then he pull off without delivering my package. Tried calling customer service but not able to talk with anyone cause it's all animated and not possible to talk with a live person! If it was up to me I would have chose UPS, I hate it when I order something and the shipper decide to use fedex. I've had nothing but bad experiences with them, anything from damage boxes, damaged goods to drivers with crappy attitudes and now drivers that leave without delivering my package. I really hate this company!
On 9/11/2023 I sent a few urgent docs thru FedEx from Phoenix AZ to Los Angeles CA, Tracking Number: **************. It was a two-days delivery, supposed to be arriving at its destination on 9/14/2023. However, it has not been delivered and FedEx Customer Service is not able to give me a final date for its delivery.
On tracking the package, it is revealed that the package arrived at FedEx Bloomington CA facility on 9/12/2023, and kept sitting there till 9/16/2023. On tracking it again on 9/18/2023, it was revealed that instead og going to Los Angeles CA, it was now sitting at Perrysburg OH, travelling from west coast to east coast. Can you believe it. FedEx Customer Service has no answer for this and they are not able to give me a final date for its delivery. I spent $34.00, wasted valuable time, and most likely lost my time-sensitive docs.

I went to Fedex office and dropped off a package for overnight delivery on Saturday Sept. 9th. They said delivery already went out and it wouldn't be delivered until Tuesday and charged me $155.17 for shipment. I was back at office on Monday Sept. 11th and picked up package and took it to the Orland Park Post Office. They charged me only $48.75 and it was delivered the next day. Fedex has yet to refund my charges for a package that was never delivered. When the CEO of a company makes over 13 million a year I guess $155.17 doesn't mean anything to them. To me it's theft as I picked up the package!
For the third time now FedEx has failed to deliver on time. Excuse is the 3rd party courier they use. No FedEx you have been paid to deliver it and it doesn't matter who else you employ it's still your responsibility to make sure that packages are deliverd on time. I have now had 3 delivery dates for this package and it's been in transit for 4 days inside the depot!? I will never book them to deliver anything of mine.
I called FedEx customer Service for a pickup on Wednesday. The FedEx Customer Service said it would be pickup before 2:00pm that day. No one show up. I called again and told customer service of FedEx no one show up. Just a huge waste of time.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
