Orderd a package they came to deliver they didn't buzz my door or send an email or text they just left it out in the open and not even 10 min later it was stolen.
Been trying to pay duties for 3 days so I can recieve my package but their system is down and everything I call the agents can't understand me and get my info correct so my payment won't go thru. At this point I guess they are just gonna return my package to sender and cost me alot of money. Never again will I ship with fed ex or purchase from a store that uses them as their shipping partner. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. 0 STARS
The delivery was actually ahead of time and the delivery crew were very helpful. My door is difficult to find and the crew brought the 37 lb package inside my house.
Attempted delivery, no one home. Ring camera says no one in my driveway all day. Maybe lie on customers that don't have cameras. Also thanks for throwing my laptop on the porch last week also!
My package left Henderson, NV on 08/29/23 and was expected to be delivered to Long Beach, CA on 09/01/23. As of 09/11/23 FedEx said it won't be delivered until 09/27/23. Looking at the tracking it shows it has been within 30 minutes of my location several times. It is supposedly in Chino Hills, CA as of today which is approximately an hour away but can't be delivered until 09/27/23. What the heck is going on? So my products are just riding around in a truck for a month. This is awful. Companies need to look into other options. I never thought anyone could be worse than the Post Office, but they are starting to look good again.
I have NEVER had a package arrive in this condition. This box looked like it fell off the truck and got ran over and then taped back together. Astonished that the delivery driver would even leave this on our porch. Customer service wasn't helpful either. The only reason I didn't leave a 1 star review is bc we haven't had an issue before.
These people no longer talk to customers either phone or via chat. I guess that what their market cap is slipping away to other companies like UPS and USPS. Fedex has become an embarrassment to themselves.
We have been waiting for two boxes to arrive for the past 5 days via Ground service. When tracking, it shows the boxes out for delivery for the past 4 days and supposedly being delivered today. The boxes hold items that are for our company family day event tomorrow.
WARNING: DO NOT use FedEx Ground for any shipments, especially in North Carolina. They are the worst.
An American company used this company to ship collectible photographs. I can report that they are dire, worse than the minimum one star. Since they are one of the most spammed companies worldwide and infamous as a logo used in phishing, I can report that the 'real' Fedex is worse than any spammer. It's no wonder they are the target of spammers - their service and customer relations is so bad that it is indistinguishable from those who try to catch you out with phishing scams. They take no responsibility for how untrustworthy their brand is. They are poor communicators and unscrupulous with your merchandise. Please avoid using them, and ensure others in your circle realise that they are unreliable if you wish to get items from place A to place B in the world. You can do better - and, trust me, you cannot do worse.
We are at home. No one even came to the door. The truck bed they left it in is 200ft from my porch and we dont drive it, it has flat tires and junk in the bed. I had to go on picture proof to find it. Such shifty service!

I have had several packages just basically vanish in the past 3 months! I get delivery notification but no delivery! This is my much needed medically necessary medication and am just left to go without. ALL phone numbers are the same useless automated messages that says it was delivered. Once I finally reached someone I was told basically "it's not my fault". Other people in my area are having the same issue! Either the company or the specific driver should be investigated. If I had a choice I would trust a freaking carrier pigeon before I relied on FedEx! Someone should be held accountable and FedEx should be ASHAMED!
I lost thousands of dollars in shipping costs and personal items. I attempted for 2 months to resolve my issue with FedEx with no help Ride treatment dealing with may different people. They finally labeled my items abandoned after talking with them and tracking my packages. I would never use FedEx again and would not wish the treatment I received on my worst enemy
Fed ex is full of it. I asked them why do they have delivery instructions...if they don't follow them...my package was supposed to come tomorrow...however it came today...with no notice...and I'm at work...I asked them to call or leave my package with my neighbor...they say I can't do that...well I know for a fact as long as the person is over 18 they can sign for the package.but whatever...after this package...fed ex never ever ever have to worry about me ever again...I get medication delivered...but imma stop that...all because they have no care or concern for the customers.
I like to buy online but unfortunately FedEx make the experience awful. I have to choose a place to go and pick up my package every time because they never deliver to my home. According to them they attempt many times and no one is at home? Even when I don't request any signature! And spent days waiting for them! Customer service are just polite but not helpful at all. They kept my package pending for weeks in their truck « it was a TV » when I picked it up from a store it was completely damaged, and actually I'm experiencing the same issue with another package. I wish that online stores will consider to send their shipment with reliable suppliers.

I was promised delivery of two packages from CostCo today. FedEx tracking said the shipments were on the truck. Then, as I awaited delivery, they LIED and said nobody was at the delivery address. Now the packages are scheduled for delivery when nobody will be at the address. Terrible service.
Ordered some loading ramps for my truck and when I wasn't home Friday morning to sign for the delivery I asked they be held at a different local store / location until I could pick them up. The following morning (Saturday) they were "out for delivery" but by mid-day Tuesday there were no updates. I filed a 'case' with FedEx... The following Thursday evening they re-appeared in the system as being at a local distribution center and what remained was finally delivered a full week later at the hold location. When I picked up the box... it was no longer in a normal shape and weighed ~20 lbs where the shipping label stated 56 lbs were shipped. These ramps did not just "fall out" of the box, the box was sealed back up. FedEx employees stole the parts out of the box and should be fired.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
