Over the years I have had multiple issues with FedEx and they just seem to get worse. About 2 weeks ago I paid for 2 day shipping, they made "3" attempts and never left a door tag, if they had I would have gone to pick it up. I called customer service to tell them they never left a door tag ot made a 3rd attempt and that i have ring camera footage to prove it. I was told since my delivery date was the next day I couldn't make a complaint yet,mind you the next day would have been a week since I ordered it. The next day I get a call from my local FedEx telling me they're holding my package since they made 3 attempts but their website said it was on the truck for delivery. I made a complaint the manager called back and still insisted they made 3 attempts. I had the package sent back. I placed an order last week Wednesday was told it would be here by this Wednesday. The tracking showed the package would be delivered yesterday (Thursday) but it was in IN I live in CT!of course it wasn't delivered. Now I'm trying to stop the package from being delivered and go into the local location and pick it up, one phone number says it's on hold another said it's scheduled for delivery. You can't get anyone on the phone a total waste! Any company that uses FedEx needs to rethink it because they will continue to lose customers.
FedEx said I had to order sent out at 3:45 a.m. in transit be there by the end of the day never received it now it's saying pending delivery terrible customer service and once it's returned three times it's sent back to where I bought it from very disappointed in this FedEx location. Customer service Couldn't even track my package. Said it would be here by the end of the day I live less than an hour away from where their warehouse is in Batavia Ohio absolutely horrible.
I would leave a zero star review if possible. I've been stuck at home all day waiting for a package that I have to sign for that was supposed to arrive 4.5 hours ago. It has been out for delivery for over seven hours now. I tried to call customer service and be connected to a customer service representative three times now, but Fedex's automated service system makes that completely impossible. No matter what choices you make through the automated system, there is no way to get connected. I don't know if my package is lost or will eventually arrive. It won't provide me any updated information. This is entirely insufficient and unacceptable customer service. I will never use Fedex again.
The home delivery service is very bad, they say they go to the houses and it's not even true, and if they go they leave a piece of paper at the door of the condominium and they don't even put the number of the apartment where they were to make the delivery.I don't give it zero stars because it doesn't give me that possibility.
The last 2 times my package was delivered to the wrong address and it was up to me to find and recover
Never brings package to door - put downstairs on a chair where anyone can get it and I have to find out it's down there and lug it up myself.
Never had a problem with UPS! Can't do the job? Then get out of the Fed Ex truck! No wonder UPS is giving out raises to their drivers!
The only reason i gave the rating 1 star is because zero isn't an option, but they are deserving of a zero rating. FedEx consistently disappoints in deliveries. I had 2 shipments due 8/25. The morning of 8/25 FedEx tracking showed both shipments as being out a truck and out for delivery by 3pm. By 4pm nothing had arrived and the tracking said the delivery was "pending". Nothing ever showed up on 8/25 so the morning of 8/26 I called customer service and was given a claim number and told they would contact the location hub to get a status and send me an email update. By mid-afternoon on 8/26 i heard nothing so i called again and was given the same lame response. Nothing showed up on 8/26, but their tracking system continued to shows that the shipment was on a truck and out for delivery with an expected delivery date of 8/25 but a delivery status of "pending". I still had no response from FedEx on when they would actually deliver both shipments. The morning of 8/27 i finally got an email update saying the shipments would be delivered that day, and the tracking system was finally updated to reflect the same. The shipments finally arrived mid-afternoon on 8/27 - a full 2 days late, and one of the boxes was so badly torn and smashed that i was truly shocked the contents weren't damaged.
This is the fifth time aFedex driver has "attempted delivery " I'm disabled and 99% of the time at home.
They constantly do not attempt anything. All 5 times I've been at home and no one showed. I watch my deliveries VERY carefully. This time I need my pkg for a funeral the next day. Two days in a row the claimed to attempt to delivery. I'm calling BS. I urge everyone NOT to use them.
I can't say I am disappointed in the delivery of my package, I am however disappointed in the morale of their staff. I recently had sealcoating completed to my driveway when the FedEx driver arrived to deliver a package and WALKED right across the fresh seal coat! It was not even a hour old, and the driver walked across and left very evident prints in my seal coat. There was caution tape across the driveway blocking off the entrance. I called FedEx and filed a complaint and have never heard back. Disrespectful and disappointing!

I have and the shipper has done many shipments from USA to Canada. The package was sent back to shipper 6 days before Fedex asked me to fill out paper work. Me nor the shipper have ever seen this paper work. I filled it out and sent it to Fedex only to find out the package was sent back a week earlier. This was the worst shipping experience I have ever had. After looking at the ratings here it will forever be ANYBODY BUT FEDEX
Waited 3 days in a row for my package (FedEx)they never showed. Talk with a supervisor no help there. Just received lies and excuses. Once was a good company has gone down hill. If you can use another carrier do so.

I live in Grande Prairie, Fedex here can't seem to deliver on time. Always bringing parcels back for pick up. Saying they were there to drop off when you wait for them and no one shows up, camera would of picked up on it for sure, not even a sticker. Live animails such as fish, they don't care. They would just let them die.The person the delivers to this area is constantally trying to teach me a lesson for being upset about the first time I used them and complained. Now it's the big to bad for me. I will not be using them for my business anymore. So Done!
All i ask is be more realistic about when you are able to make peoples deliveries you give a time frame and then you don't stick to it this is where amazon has everyone beat.

Burned me again. Had a package overnighted that was critical. I posted a big note eye level saying to open screen door and push the big doorbell button. It's a 4 inch antique brass half dome bell that sounds like a cow bell on volume 10. I was laying down 20 ft from the door because I have been screwed by FedEx drivers laziness many times in the past. Nope... couldn't even open the damn storm door and ring the bell, he just left a note. So no emergency delivery now till Monday. Impossible to speak with any human or any one local. I already will only ship with USPH. Henceforth, I will not even purchase from anyone that uses FedEx. I don't think I've ever seen any company that has crappier customer service and is so blatantly indifferent about it.
I paid to have my package re-routed because it required a signature and was supposed to be delivered at a time when i was at work. All good, paid the fee rerouted the package this was day 1. Day 1 delayed to day 2 rerouted back to my home. Day 2 delayed will be here day 3. Day 3 delayed will be here Day 4 which is a Saturday. It is home delivery however it is still showing as being on the truck in the neighboring town same place that it has been since day 1. I call customer support who assures me that it is on the truck and will be delivered today (day 4) however I know it will not be delivered today because the guy that delivers to this area does not deliver on Saturday. It will be day 6 of my package being on his truck not being sent. FedEx I will never use you again. You need retraining! BTW I can't even get the 5.00 and change that I paid on day 0 to get the package sent to my office less than a mile from my house back. SHAME ON YOU!
I have asked the drivers not to leave my packages outside but put them on my front porch which is covered. They refuse so I went on to their website and used there tool to create delivery instructions to leave on our porch just an extra 15 steps away and still they refuse. I have never in my life seen a company so uncariong about customer service. I hate FedEx and will tell as many people every day that I can.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
