I ordered an item over a week ago. I had to call my credit card company because they refuse to send the item or refund me my money. This website is a scam. Buyer beware
I placed my order a year ago and it never arrived. I was emailing customer service to resolve this issue but then all contact stopped. A shame bc I really loved their lenses.

Thank you for always making suer that the packaging is very good! I always make sure that the lenses are secure and protected, and Eye Candy packaging is always secure with bubble wrap and hard box. I always order from Eye Candy because of the good packaging
I ordered the wrong shade of blue by mistake (first time to order from their site, I ordered a blue shade that looks lighter than what I usually wear) but I was afraid it would take too long to get a return or refund. Judging from the reviews here, will definitely get in touch with customer support next time since everyone says they respond quickly. I actually like the lighter blue shade now that I've worn them for a few days.
Thanks for the fast delivery even during this time of quarantine (in some areas at least). I would have understood if it was delayed by a day or two but my ordered arrived just in time.
Lots of shades and types to choose from which gives me and my sister a lot of room to mix and match (we're twins and we either make sure we match eye color or we do diferent shdes just to feel special on some events). We don't do much during quarantine since we need to stay inside and study (for online college classes) so we definitely do a lot of browsing on your site to see what we can order next. Hope you can release more gray shades, it's our favorite these days!
I wasn't sure about ordering contact lenses online, as I've always had to physically go out and inspect any lenses I bought, but now during the pandemic when people need to stay at home, I tried ordering online. After waiting patiently for my delivery (the courier took a bit long), I excitedly did an unboxing of my favorite contact lenses, Eye Candy! My new unboxing video will be up on my IG so that everyone else can see how carefully they pack my order, which is very important for something like contact lenses. I recently purchased their prism pink lenses just for looks. Worn it the whole day and it didn't cause any irritation or discomfort.
Honestly, it boosted my confidence through out the day.
I mistakingly checked out the wrong product. I didn't find out until the next day when they were confirming my order.
I was expecting additional charges but they were just eager to help me correct my order. In a matter of minutes, they already replaced my order and had it shipped out.
I will never forget the meaningful service they provided.
I ordered several lens from this company in April, 2020 and it arrived in Germany middle of June, 2020 and the delivery company just sent my product back to this company without my agreement.
I told them whole situation and how unpleasant about this situation.
They told me they will investgate this situation and they promised me refund.
However, after that they never replied to my mail and they still didn't give my money back.
I feel so bad about this and I feel like they don't respect right of customer in different country.
I ordered a pair in january, paid for the fast Shipping, honestly i was nervous, because the tracking wouldnt work half the time. Then they came about a week later. Now i ordered again 3 days ago, still no shipping info. But i was Very happy with first order. Ill update with this new order
I placed my order on March 24th and still haven't received my lenses as of June 10th. I have had some contact with their customer service and their initial response was that once the package is shipped it is out of their hands if it actually arrives to me. The package appeared lost and they said they'd send a replacement, but they've stopped replying to me. I'm disappointed. I was very patient because I expected some delays due to COVID19, but now that they've stopped replying I worry it is all a scam.
If you need a rat hole to throw your money in this is it. 40 days out and still no product received. No response on getting a refund.
I bought March 27 2020 and have not received anything but frustration from this conpany. Save your cash yourself time energy and frustration buy else where. They will try to keep your cash and I never received paid products
I'm very satisfied and surprised to have gotten my order in a week despite all that is going on. I ordered a lens I couldn't find on their site from Honey Color and the tracking hasn't even updated, by comparison. Inside my package I received a free pair of sample lenses they were kind enough to match to my high prescription! The products were as described and comfortable to wear.
The lenses are so freaking beautiful. I also love this Sailor Moon inspired lens case that came with my purchase. One of my items was out of stock but they gave me a refund in a couple days. Shipping was fast. I'll order again.

Answer: Not worth it. You may or may not receive your order. They'll give u bogus tracking. They won't answer ur emails. No phone number to call. You'll end filing a complaint with PayPal. The free shipping They offer is for only if u oder from same warehouse. There's no way for u to tell if ur ordering from the same warehouse until u check out. So expect 50 dollar shipping fee. Plus they are overpriced. Worst mistake I've made buying lenses was finding their site.

Answer: It's 2 months ship time. Don't try the tracking they send u. It's useless. It says one thing like out for delivery then two weeks later picked up by carrier and then a week later cleared customs. Wait the two months. Then file a complaint with PayPal and get ur money back.

Answer: I agree with the answer above. I advise against it. There is no free shipping. They say that and then charge u anyways. When u complain they'll tell u it shipped from different warehouses so it voids free shipping. There's no way for u to know where it's shipping from. They give u bogus tracking that makes no sense. It'll be out for delivery then clearing customs 2 weeks later. Expect a 50 dollar shipping charge. And when utry to reach customer service they will ignore u. I'd they answer its completely useless and they don't answer any of ur questions or resolve ur issue
