I was skeptical due to some bad reviews, so I placed a small order about a week ago, paid for early shipping. The customer service now informed me that it takes 5-10 (most likely 10) days to process orders. So i'm still waiting, for my order to even be processed which doesn't make sense because my account was charged, hence sounds like it was processed... *3 weeks later* my package came! If you don't care when it comes, I'd recommend. The contacts came in tact, overall I like them.

I loooooove my new contact lenses! I've always only ordered from their brown shades but now I have Aurora Blue and I'm so happy! I also like how EyeCandy often does promos and discounts so I'm always on their website and IG lol thank you EyeCandy!

Very happy to see that the lenses are exactly the same as the photos I saw on their website. Gonna try another shade soon now that I know their products are good. Good delivery time too and easy to buy from the website.

Scared to try contacts but my friend recommended EyeCandys and it was my first time to order and try. Surprisingly easy to put on and very comfortable, no pain at all. I'll order again in a few months! I tried Velvet Blue now just for fun.

Nice selection of cosplay lenses. Really nice since one of my issues in the past is looking for a decent supplier of it since these are customizable. The only regret I have is how recently I just found out that this kind of shop exists. Highly recommended to all the avid cosplayers or even vloggers out there.

Check out was smooth and safe (since they are using paypal 3rd party payment site). Delivery was normal, assuming you want to go the free shipping route like me lol.

Promo for 2 pairs of lenses wasn't working and I was charged the full amount. Raised this with their Management and was able to get refund difference almost immediately. Really had no problem reaching out to their CS since I was accommodated ASAP.

The vials were shattered because of miscarriage by the USPS ( not the first time for them to just throw packages at the doorstep tbh) had no problems getting an exchange for this unfortunate event.

Not really understand where the negative reviews are coming from. Just purchased my 3rd pair of lensand the transaction to shipping was smooth. Highly recommend

Received the toric lens and never encountered in life that the lenses very bad quality. My eyes hurt badly and the vision is blur. This is obviously the prescriptions are wrongly given. The seller doesn't want to hold responsibility on this. Once I placed order, I'm not able to login to their website at all (even tried resetting password and email doesn't exist?!). Please be aware not to buy here! You won't know where they source their contact lenses. I couldn't even wear and USD54 just burn like that. Regret buying from this website.
