I placed an order on 9/21 of this year totaling $114 with expedited shipping and it is not even shipped as of 10/20/2016. I have contacted their HelpDesk as recently as of 10/17 and still has yet to receive a reply despite their promise of reaching back to costumers within 48 hours. Not a word. I simply cannot understand what gives rise to such disrespectful and scam-like behavior and will never order from this site again.
TLDR: Just don't. Do not buy from this site.
Seriously? Who do I contact to receive a refund? Still not contacts and it's been over a month! My contact information still says its being prepared to Ship. I'm about $25 dollars and you guys suck!
I paid 25$ extra to get expedited shipping 8 days max thy claim. It's been about 20 days still no order. I checked their cancellation policy, not allowed. Looks like a scam to me. I'm out $ 50 for nothing do not order from this company!
I used to love this site but now they have horrible costumer service they don't reply to emails and even if you pay for the fastest shipping they still take a month I'm still waiting for my contacts to ship this will be the last time I ever order from them
So,
I never thought I'd be one of those people to write a bad review... but I am SO annoyed and pissed off.
First, I purchased 2 pairs of contacts.
Greg then emails me explaining 1 of the pairs were out of stock- I was annoyed, but what can you do... So I ended up choosing another pair...
But rather than him waiting for me to reply to his email about this, he stupidly sends out my orders separately!
When I received my first pair, I opened the package and it was completely saturated and the glass vials were broken, there was broken glass everywhere.
I totally get that, that could have happened due to transportation... but maybe they need to invest in some plastic packaging. He told me he'd send out a replacement pair for the broken one.
I'm still yet to receive my replacement pair and I've emailed him 3 times asking whether would know the ETA and no reply at all! Completely ignores me!
I honestly do not know how he/anyone can run a business like this. It's disgusting!
I will NEVER purchase from them again. This is beyond a joke.

I placed my order on April 9th... It's currently May 20th and my lenses are marked as somewhere "In Transit" still to the U.S. I'm currently figuring out how to contact them because a wait time over a month is ridiculous when they state the time it should take to pack and ship to my location. I ordered 2 pairs of lenses with no prescription (0.00) for both eyes, so there is no reason for them to take an extended period of time preparing or shipping them out.
There are terrible reviews for this website - I would not recommend their site. Kpop2 is a legit site, my toric lenses came in about 1.5 months time because they had to be customized for my astigmatism.
This is my first review ever and I decided to add it based on all of the negative reviews I have read about the company. Once I place my order I continue to go back and read the reviews thinking I would never get my package it did take a little longer than I expected but I receive my package this week and I am very excited. They are a great color great fit and I can't wait to order from them again. Once the manufacturer of my color contacts brand went out of business I thought I would never find another color in my prescription. Thanks eye candy you are the best!
I put an order in early January and it is now March 3rd and I have not received my order yet. I was unable to reach them via email (no phone number was listed so I messaged them on Facebook messenger and they got back to me same day saying the package must've been lost and that they will send me a new one within 3 business days. I've had asked for a refund but that comment has been ignored. I would never buy from here again. Fraud website.
They have HORRIBLE costumer service they take a month or long to ship your contacts even when you pay extra money. They are extremely unprofessional I ordered my ocontacts 12 days ago and they still did not ship yet and on their website it take 10 business days to ship. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AWFUL. Do not buy contact lenses from here!
Terrible customer service by GREG placed my order and it took a month and a half to get processed. After they blames it on a "glitch" they promised me a free pair with my next order. So i placed an order again but guess what NO FREE LENS. And the contacts are the wrong size. I cant even wear them. So now i have 2 pairs of contact that are trash with NO REFUNDS.NO FREE PAIR AND MY MONEY GONE.
Paid almost $150 for 4 boxes of one-day contact lenses plus $20~ more for express shipping. But the store ended up sent them through the regular post. All the emails are being ignored. All the conplaints in Facebook were deleted without any apology or explanation. I can't believe the way they handle their slow processing and late shipment was by giving me the fake tracking number. The store took a full month period to start processing my order And shipped it through the regular post while i pay $20++ more for express shipping. It's my first time experiencing the online stores that have bad reputation in every way.
I ordered my contacts over a week and a half ago and paid $25 extra for express delivery - yet my order status is still "awaiting shipment" and customer service has not replied to any of my e-mails. It's sad because I read such great reviews of this site, and all contact lens websites I've used before have exceeded my expectations. I definitely won't be ordering from them again!
This website has a wonderful selection on circle lens in a variation of sizes and colors. They also offer free shipping on any order $14+ which most of the lens are more than that so it is super reasonable and generous of them to do. The prices and quality are great. The shipping is exceptionally fast considering the products come from across seas. I haven't had any issues with the website where I've needed to contact customer service, but the atmosphere welcomes customer concerns, so I don't feel I would have an issue. Overall, its a great website to order circle lens from and I will certainly be ordering again myself.

Answer: Not worth it. You may or may not receive your order. They'll give u bogus tracking. They won't answer ur emails. No phone number to call. You'll end filing a complaint with PayPal. The free shipping They offer is for only if u oder from same warehouse. There's no way for u to tell if ur ordering from the same warehouse until u check out. So expect 50 dollar shipping fee. Plus they are overpriced. Worst mistake I've made buying lenses was finding their site.

Answer: It's 2 months ship time. Don't try the tracking they send u. It's useless. It says one thing like out for delivery then two weeks later picked up by carrier and then a week later cleared customs. Wait the two months. Then file a complaint with PayPal and get ur money back.

Answer: I agree with the answer above. I advise against it. There is no free shipping. They say that and then charge u anyways. When u complain they'll tell u it shipped from different warehouses so it voids free shipping. There's no way for u to know where it's shipping from. They give u bogus tracking that makes no sense. It'll be out for delivery then clearing customs 2 weeks later. Expect a 50 dollar shipping charge. And when utry to reach customer service they will ignore u. I'd they answer its completely useless and they don't answer any of ur questions or resolve ur issue
