FRAUD, THEIR RETURN POLICY AND THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS IS A SCAM! LOOK AT THEIR RETURN POLICY "If you need to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, we can process the cancellation with a 15% admin fee, and we'll refund the amount to your original method of payment. For cancellations requested within 3 to 8 hours of placing the order, the refund will be issued as store credit. Unfortunately, after 8 hours, we're unable to cancel the order, as it's already being processed by our warehouses."
I ordered over 180 usd worth of contacts, a friend recommended the site to me. I ordered early october 2023, waited for over a month for my products to arrive because they said it could arrive in multiple boxes and take long. But only one came. When I emailed, all they did was send a tracking link, which only showed the one item. I already knew about it so I asked about my other items, still they couldn't help so I asked for a refund. They didn't bother to reply. Luckily I paid through paypal, reported it to paypal mid December and they were able to sort it out for me, but the refund came early January 2024.
The order didn't arrive - they claimed that they got the package back (but I never even received a sending reference) and want me to pay more money for th3 lenses plus again the Post fee. Plus they don't answer my Emails. $#*!ing SCAM!
Poor customer service. I sent multiple emails, no answers. Took more than 1 month for me to receive the order.
I ordered 60€ worth of lenses and payed for express delivery. It has been 10 days and they have not even been sent yet. I emailed them multiple times throughout the day, with absolutely no answer. I want a refund, but as this is legitimate theft and scam I don't think I will receive my money back. Will report
I ordered several contacts. I'm a repeat customer. No response until I reached out saying I'm filing a claim. Instead of sending remaining order. They are saying full refund, but nothing. Now it's not showing on the venue I ordered on I'm filing a claim with PayPal & my bank. Be careful sending money for a product that won't deliver.
I ordered three pairs of contacts, two were great but one was very dry and uncomfortable. I posted an honest review for each. Now, I see that my negative review is gone (haven't checked if my positive reviews are gone) and also my account has been DELETED. I can't log in or reset my password, the account no longer exists. This company is so shady.
I love this site. I've ordered from eye candy's quite a few times. They have a huge variety of brands. I've been happy every single order. One thing though, the shipping. The cheapest one 7-10 working days, more like 15 or 20. The crazy expensive option that's like 20$, fast. Always get it early, in few days.
I ordered around $90 worth of contacts and all of them were super dry and uncomfortable (even the clear contact ones I got)… I would have been fine with that but the owner will deliberately HIDE any negative reviews that isn't five stars. It's DISHONEST AF and had I known that I would have never brought from this place in the beginning. THE OWNER WILL STOP RESPONDING IF YOU WRITE ANYTHING OTHER THAN A COMPLIMENT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I ordered 6 pairs of prescription colored contacts from this site on Sept 23,2022. I got it on Oct 6,2022. So not too bad of a wait time. I have ordered from another Korean contacts website before and the shipping time I think is about the same.
What I like about the contacts I ordered is the the packaging-very careful packaging, each pair came with free contact lens holders (the other Korean contacts website I had ordered from did not come with extra contact lens holders) Each lens was wrapped neatly in a bubble wrap, it came with instructions on how to place them in your eyes, how to care for your lens, etc.
The colors that they offer is very unique and special. I loved all the colors I ordered-I ordered blue, grey, olive, hazel and toffee brown. They look very realistic and show up over my dark brown eyes.
I did contact customer service after about 5 days of ordering from them. I wanted to know when they were going to ship my order out. They responded in less than 5 hrs. They gave me a tracking number and it showed that they had apparently already shipped it out but for some reason I didn't get an email or maybe it got sent to my spam (idk)
I plan to order from them again. For those who are on the fence; I would recommend them. I had a great experience with them. P.S. If you are a USA customer-you need to submit a copy of your current contact subscription (this is pretty standard practice.) I hope this review helps
I've ordered from this website many times over the years, usually for yearly lens. There were times where shipping took a lot longer than what was originally listed, and Jessica (customer service) wasn't that helpful. I've had a rare time where my lens showed up earlier than expected, so I think it just all depends on which warehouse your specific lens are coming from (Hong Kong, Korea, or the US). Most recently, I deviated from the typical GEO Medical brand that I get and decided to give another brand a try. Unfortunately, one of the lens came scratched/ripped, and I didn't know until it was in my eye and causing pain. I reached out to customer service, and Jessica told me she would send a replacement for that one lens. The replacement arrived a few days later, and this time, it was kind of loose in the eye. I've never had this issue before, and I didn't want to go through the trouble of asking for a replacement for the replacement, so I let it go and couldn't wear the contacts. I'm now ordering my usual GEO brand again, but in a new color this time, so fingers crossed that it works out fine. My only complaint this time is that they used to charge a few bucks for shipping that took 2-3 weeks, and now they only allowed me one shipping option by DHL Express for $25-34, which still took 2+ weeks. I've never been charged this much for shipping before in the past, so I'm not sure what's going on there. All in all, I'd say give them a try if you do your own research and rely on reviews. Try new brands or lens with little to no reviews at your own risk.
DO NOT trust them with your money. I purchased $80 worth of lenses that were listed for sale, when they were not. I was SCAMMED. Last month, Jessica told me they'd refunded the money and I still have not received it. I have emailed them three times with no response, just like another reviewer on here. Other reviews make this place seem friendly and trustworthy, but if there is a problem with your sale that requires a refund, Eyecandys will not help you.
The good reviews on their site convinced me to get their Toric coloured lenses. When I wore it, my vision is blur. Nothing close to normal Toric lenses that I'm wearing. Furthermore, my right eye got infected and was sore for a few days. I tried to write a bad review on their site but it was never approved (this is why they only get good reviews). So I wasted almost $100 in my own currency for the $#*!ty lenses.
I bought some contacts. I was debating, and I finally decided I would try them. I asked about return policy. She said it's 30 days. No thats not true. Also if you are ordering, you have to make sure you order two. Apparently they do not sell you the pair as one. Very unhappy!
The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is because I paid for express shipping (I wanted to make sure they'd be here for my birthday) and they arrived in 3 days. The quality is terrible and they're overpriced. I've tried to wear mine 4 different times and the discomfort is just unbearable. The longest I could stand was 5 minutes. My eye stung the entire time. The color fades in over your own iris so your vision is obstructed. And you can feel them the entire time as if they're flipped inside out. But I tried them both ways and the pain was the same flipped inside out or not. $25 $30 for each eye you'd expect them to be better quality, especially since I used to get mine from the local beauty supply for 3 years at $25 a pair and NEVER had an issue.
Do not use this website! The customer service is absolutely awful. I did not receive half of my order and it has been over 3 months. They refuse to give me a refund or store credit as they are "not responsible for any misdelivery". They also said if they receive the package back they will refund me minus the shipping cost. How is my pacakge getting lost for months my issue as a customer? How about you treat your customer right and provide basic compensation that any other company would.
This is the only store where I can buy -10.00 prescription colored lenses (which in the first place is very hard to find). Just hope they can offer that power to other lenses like Pink Label series. Nonetheles, I am very thankful for the goods and service provided!
Me and my friend both got discounts because of their referral program. We just received our lens from EyeCandys and both of us was just amazed of its effects on our eyes! I thought we can only achieve this via IG effects. Fantastic!
Order came in within the shipping range. Condition was new, nothing was missing from my order. It's really comfortable and easy to wear. Hoping my next order will live up to the usual standard
I ordered 2 pairs for $96USD which was the promo. One pair would've been $76. One of them was good, I could see, fit well, kinda drying but bearable. The other pair was MESSED UP. I'm pretty sure they gave me the wrong prescription even though I ordered the same as the first pair. I tried flipping them (left to right), but it didn't work. I contacted them and they gave me a store credit after a week of back and forth messaging (I'm from Canada and they're from China so flipped time zones). But they gave me a COUPON CODE of $48 (NOT STORE CREDIT), half of the $96 which made sense. But the thing is, I can only use that coupon by itself. So I'd have a $48 coupon for a $76 item. Which as you can tell, doesn't cover it. They really thought I was stupid enough to think $48=$76. They then said they'd send a replacement pair but after mentioned they're unable to. After a long time I MEAN LONG, I emailed them July 22 and now it's August 25… they did not accommodate my needs. I was skeptical about ordering but now I understand why. DON'T BUY FROM THIS CRAPPY STORE! They also have fake people who respond to emails. Just buy from pinkyparadise or olens, a bit more expensive but at least you know it's legit instead of spending twice the amount for a broken pair (I chose to buy the cheaper ones which backfired cause now I'm paying more than twice the amount I would have at pinky paradise) I put the prices for two pairs of contact lenses below, one from eyecandy and the other from pinkyparadise. UNBELIEVABLE!

Answer: Not worth it. You may or may not receive your order. They'll give u bogus tracking. They won't answer ur emails. No phone number to call. You'll end filing a complaint with PayPal. The free shipping They offer is for only if u oder from same warehouse. There's no way for u to tell if ur ordering from the same warehouse until u check out. So expect 50 dollar shipping fee. Plus they are overpriced. Worst mistake I've made buying lenses was finding their site.

Answer: It's 2 months ship time. Don't try the tracking they send u. It's useless. It says one thing like out for delivery then two weeks later picked up by carrier and then a week later cleared customs. Wait the two months. Then file a complaint with PayPal and get ur money back.

Answer: I agree with the answer above. I advise against it. There is no free shipping. They say that and then charge u anyways. When u complain they'll tell u it shipped from different warehouses so it voids free shipping. There's no way for u to know where it's shipping from. They give u bogus tracking that makes no sense. It'll be out for delivery then clearing customs 2 weeks later. Expect a 50 dollar shipping charge. And when utry to reach customer service they will ignore u. I'd they answer its completely useless and they don't answer any of ur questions or resolve ur issue
