EBD has good quality glasses and are very affordable. I like how they have a ton of options for frames that are instyle. Have been a fan since 2016!
This site is fast and pretty well priced and easy to navigate and has a lot of stuff to sort by to find what you want, but it could have slightly larger measurements for us bigger people, but it's still amazing
EBD is my number one website for glasses. Ive purchased 5 pairs of glasses from there (2 are on the way right now) and I love them. The style, the quality, the customer service, and the prices are so incredible. I tend to get my eyes checked at the doctors and then I go online to buy glasses because its so much more worth the money!

I did feel that the BOGO code wasn't as advertised. Buy one get one free, yeah... not exactly. More buy one, get one at a discount. I understand it's the frames that are "free" not the lenses, but it still feels shifty in the end. All in all, the shopping experience was fine - nothing revolutionary, typical online-shopping expectations were met. It saves time, and a little money, so I can't complain too loudly.
This was my 2nd purchase. I think of my glasses as jewelry since I wear them daily and want to look good. I really need glasses in every bag and almost every room so am glad to spend a reasonable amount on glasses I like.
The initial order process should have been the first sign. It wouldnt let me complete an order with a coupon code. I had to start a live chat to finish my order. I double checked that all the specs in my prescription order were correct and ordered.
Upon recieveing my glasses they were clearly reading glasses and not my prescription. (I also ordered from Zenni optical with the same prescription and they came perfect!) I contacted them to set up a refund. They had me send a copy of my prescription to get it right. I sent them back and waited for the right pair. I asked that the frame size be changed as well. So almost a month after my original order date I receive my "one time replacement" pair. And it seems they only changed the frame size not the lenzes at all!
I love the frames but I hate that a company that specializes in this can't get it right!
I opted to keep the pair a get a refund for the lenses, only after my applied discount I only paid $5.95 for the lenses. Which maybe explains they they couldn't get it right... I dont understand the math, when i paid $39 totally for frames and lenses with coatings.
Extremely disapointed with the company and will not refer anyone. I'll go with Zenni optical who can do it right!

I was able to filter through glasses by inputting my prescription. This made finding a pair of glasses easy! Plus, they have a great selection of frames. I was able to use my discount code easily and my transaction went through smoothly too.
Had previously purchased two other pairs of glasses, have been very happy and loved the new selection. My favorite thing (in addition to the awesome pricing) is being able to try on the glasses. I knew the size of my other glasses so this was helpful in making a selection. I save what I like then try them on. Did this over a few days to see if I changed my mind.

I've been buying glasses from EBD for years. I have so many, I should be a spokesperson! I always get compliments and my prescription works great. (I don't have a very strong prescription but i suggested a friend of mine try it out and he was really satisfied with his glasses. I think he's +/- 4 or there about).

As a new customer Eye buy direct gives you a discount if you sign up. So I did and it kept on saying I had to choose an address. I had already input my address but it never let me pay for my glasses, the same pop up kept appearing "Select an address for this order" If I messed up on the address it would take away my discount saying I used it too many times when I hadn't even been able to pay for my glasses. As I grew tired I payed without the discount and guess what? It went through. If it's not a glitch it is definitely a poor tactic used by the company to get you to buy their eyewear.
I really like these classes but I feel as if the special has some false advertisement. It says buy one get one and i bought 2 pairs but I only got a 15 dollar discount. I didn't get the cheaper pair of glasses free.
This is my first time buying glasses online, so if it works, it's been a great experience. Very easy to follow instructions.
Great glasses great service great price and Very easy. Open an account. Get a copy of your prescription. Do yourself a favor and have your pupil distance measured. Add that with your prescription on your account. Upload a photo. Try on glasses frames. Select frame, lenses, coatings etc. Enter credit card or purchase through PayPal or Amazon. Thats it. You can check status and processing of your order through the website.
Ive used the site for years. Its the only one I use! They have an easy to use website and all the measurements you need to find the right pair of glasses at a reasonable price.
This site has WAY more glasses then any other eyeglass website out there! They have frames at all price ranges and styles. It was enjoyable to look at new glasses instead of it being painful and expensive. Definitely buying from them again!
