I want to exchange my glasses but not provided lens for blue light filter as the frame and prescription are not matched with the blue light fitler lens. However, I chose it in the web, it was accepted.
I returned my order to EyeBuyDirect on 3/31 and was explicitly told then as well as the following day on 4/1—both by phone and in writing—that my refund would be issued within 3–5 business days. That timeframe came and went with no refund.
By 4/9, I still had not received anything and had to initiate multiple follow-ups. Each response provided inconsistent or incomplete information, and only later did it become clear that the 3–5 business day timeframe did not begin until after the refund was processed internally—something that was not disclosed when the original expectation was set.

I've been buying glasses from Eyebuydirect for awhile. They're customer service is amazing and the glasses never disappoint.
Prescription seems wrong. I need for reading and computer work. The images are are clear when a foot from my eyes but at 2 feet or 3 feet- it blurs. I am unable to use them.
I have purchased from eyebuydirect for my past 5 prescriptions as I get multiple pairs, one for daily wear, one for computer work, one for driving at night, and sunglasses, and even after insurance at the eye doctors one pair costs more than 3 pairs at eyebuydirect. The glasses are excellent quality and I have had no issues ordering or receiving my glasses.
The original glasses were spot on and looked great! I just purchased a second pair with new prescription... looking forward to seeing again... lol

Uploading Rx is real easy. Had to have a separate set of glasses for computer work. Took about 10 minutes to order.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
