This is probably my 4th order from eye but and its always a seamless process of finding my glasses and ordering them. They always have a cute selection of frames and the prices are awesome!
The frames are gorgeous, the prices beat any in town, and the customer service is top notch! Love this place, will only buy from here :)

I spent 1 hour 30 + minutes on the site: 10 minutes looking and the rest was spent either checking out or waiting for someone to help me on chat or on the phone.

I ordered the glasses for my daughter and shipped them to her address. Big issue with the site's checkout process? Not a consumer problem and shouldn't be an issue for us to wade through for over an hour. Customer service person number one was no help at all... luckily, customer service person number two helped.

I will never buy retail again! I've bought 4 pair of quality eyeglasses for 1/2 the price I paid at a nationally known retail eyeglass company that is housed in almost every major mall in the country

I purchased a pair of glasses in early Dec. The frame broke in mid Feb. I emailed customer service twice and got no response. Then my review of the frames was deleted. With so many other store online to buy glasses I wont purchase from here again.
Love the company already and I've just ordered my very first pair. The process was easy and straight forward, the diversity and uniqueness of frame styles, and the way the website itself is a very friendly user interface.

I love getting my glasses here, but it is incredibly annoying for the page to keep reloading and asking me for an email address to subscribe.
I had too many choices... a good thing. I just ordered them so haven't received them yet. So I'm only reviewing the experience of ordering them - which was fun. And quite inexpensive! Hopefully I receive them soon so I can submit a review of shipping and quality of the glasses.
There was an ad that says free shipping on your first order on top of that 15percent discount. But they still charged me for the shipping fees though. Kindly disable that ad.

Very happy in every way. The frames I chose (after one false start when a different frame broke in 2 places the day after I received it) have been perfect: well-made, strong, stylish. Only problem compared to the competition is they are SLOW! Worth waiting for though.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
