I just went to my eye doctor today. In one year I have a drastic change in my vision. I have to purchase a pair of glasses both sun and clear for each of my 2 cars and a pair for inside my house. FIVE NEW PAIR OF GLASSES! With eyebuydirect I'm out the door for less than $300.! My wife pays more than $400. For ONE pair! And she's constantly forgetting them... I keep telling her..."I could get you 2 pair for about $150. AND THEY LOOK JUST LIKE THE ONES YOU PAY $400. For!

This company is so awesome! I would be paying about 3 times as much for my progressive lens glasses as my doctor's, and this type of lens are very expensive. I am also very satisfied with the friendly, helpful service I always receive! One time a piece at the corner of my frames broke and I just thought I'd call the company see what they would say. All I had to do was take a picture of the damage and they sent me a new pair of my choosing; didn't even have to send the damaged pair back! I recommend this company whenever I can! I love being able to have more than 1 pair of glasses in my possession to wear!

Recently had my vision checked, I just can't get over the prices of frames, lenses and all the extras an eye place try's to scam you for! Love just purchasing what I need, the choice to choose a cheap frame or an expensive frame of MY CHOOSING NOT THE PUSHY EYE CENTER REP'S!
EyeBuyDirect has been my go-to place for all of my glasses (and sunglasses) since 2014. There's lots of variety, from frames (size, shape, material, color...), to types of lenses and coatings. They also have plenty of information for folks like me that enjoy digging in to the details. I found it easy 4 years ago to find and order what I liked, and it keeps getting easier and easier. When I've had a problem (twice), its handled quickly and professionally.

This is probably my 4th order from eye but and its always a seamless process of finding my glasses and ordering them. They always have a cute selection of frames and the prices are awesome!

The website was quick and easy to use and the prices were great! Everything was pretty much self explanatory.
I spent 1 hour 30 + minutes on the site: 10 minutes looking and the rest was spent either checking out or waiting for someone to help me on chat or on the phone.

I ordered the glasses for my daughter and shipped them to her address. Big issue with the site's checkout process? Not a consumer problem and shouldn't be an issue for us to wade through for over an hour. Customer service person number one was no help at all... luckily, customer service person number two helped.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
