I love ordering glasses form Eye Buy, they have always arrived on time and the quality of the glasses are better than the lab I go through my insurance. Prescriptions are always great and i love the huge selection of frames and options, now I can have more than pair to enjoy everyday.

Website is super easy to navigate and deals are great. I just was not satisfied with My last purchased pair of glasses because they continuously got caught in my hair. I ordered a pair of glasses but the Rx was incorrect, not sure what went wrong, but Eyebuydirect exchanged them for me. One negative was the frames were no longer available so I needed to pick a different frame but I wasn't in love with the ones I had originally ordered so it was no big deal for me. I used the Chat and it was pretty seamless and hopefully I'll have the new pair in the next week or 2.
They are inexpensive and they are great fire our 5 old. This is our second order of these due to breaking the first pair. We ordered two this time.
I had two pair made that weren't right, don't know if it was the Dr. or eyebuy but was painless returning. Due to the fact that I had eye surgery I corrected my own Rx and had a pair remade. They seem fine now though I'm trying to get used to them. I wish they would have started the progression on the bifocals lower as it interferes with looking strait ahead as I have to tilt my head down to see clear.
I had to have customer service help me with the order and they were very helpful. I received the glasses and they are perfect.
Your website is obviously formatted and optimized for mobile use. When using it on a PC, images don't load, website crashes, over and over and over again. Absolutely horrible user experience.
Hi Appreciate the great value of eyebuydirect 2 things I found challenging incase it is helpful. Some glasses don't offer a standard lens package, so its frustrating to get to that step in the ordering process to find that there is only an option for the up charge. Second in the cart, I didn't easily see and couldn't find the option to increase quantity... wanted to buy two of the same glasses and seemed like I had to manually add another pair by starting at the beginning. Hope this is helpful
Made a few purchases from before. Always a positive experience. Last purchase I made I included the antifog coating. Glasses were fine during winter weather but a few months later, were terrible in the humid weather, seemed to fog easier. Contacted customer service about if there was a way to remove the antifog coating or just replace the lenses. Was informed no way to remove coating and was never offered a lens replacement. Been wearing my previously purchased glasses that were also purchased from Eyebuydirect.
I purchased two daydream frames at the same time. Both pairs broke in less than a year of having them. The screws in the temples came loose. I attempted to fix them but failed. Super disappointing considering the pair of glasses I had previously in a similar style lasted me 5 years.

I had some issues with my order, that may or may not have been my fault, but they were more than willing to replace my glasses and then when that replacement pair ended up with an issue almost a year later I really wasn't expecting them to do anything but I thought I'd give it a shot after how I was treated so well the first time and they said they'd only do it one more time, but they're gonna do it. If you put such treatment in the context of other companies these days that is going above and beyond. That kind of backing up your products and looking out for your customers benefit is good business, so I'll just keep coming back here.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
