We buy a feew extra pairs for the just incase and believe me, there is always a just incase. They are perfect. They fit well, they come in pretty fast. The company always has great coupons. I am on my fifth pair of glasses from Eyebuydirect direct. The selection is not great for small senior faces, but better than anywhere else. Insurance does not cover this company, but the purchase price is lower than my optometrist after insurance.

Great prices and service! Just be sure to double-check your measurements, especially if you have a small face like me. Lenses that are just 1-3 mm wider than your currents can look ridiculous, and the try-on feature doesn't adjust to your face size!

But the return process is easy, so I can't really complain.

I ordered two pairs and one of them were too small for me. The lens was perfect it was just the frames were very thin and flimsy. I felt like I was going to accidently break them.

I've been using eyebuydirect for at least the last 5 years and have always been happy with any orders i've gotten. Both frames and lenses last and since the frames are so affordable it's easy to get a new pair if wanting to switch up my style.

For the most part good. The last or order was a disappointment. Guess my own fault, but received the glasses, so excited to get them. Then I have been having trouble trying to get use to them, went to may Dr. today and he told me that he doesn't even have a prescription in his file that matches the glasses. I just asked customer support, if there would be any way to have them remade and she explained its been over 14 days and they can not remake them. So I just had to order new ones again. I'm hoping these get here soon and I can wear them with clear vision.
