I've been purchasing glasses from EBD for some years now and I can honestly say I've never been disappointed in my selections. Sometimes I wish the prices were more budget friendly but they are still, by far, better than my local optometry shop.

So far I haven't had an issue getting any issues resolved, it just takes some patience & communication. It would be great if they showed the "sizing" of the models wearing the glasses. The virtual try on is slightly off from what you receive in person or trying to compare to other buyers.
I always want to try new frames and anytime I have not liked them it was easy to facilitate a return or exchange. I can also purchase two or three pairs of glasses for the price of one in a traditional eyeglass store.
I was offered free shipping but charged $19 for 2 day express and I was unable to deselect that option. I would not have paid $19 for express shipping! 😡
Plethora of options to choose from with a wide range of budgets is appreciated. The only thing that needs to change is to stop showing the glasses that have been discontinued. I shouldn't be able to still have the option to select those "discontinued" glasses if they are "discontinued". They should not even be in my search results. But many that I liked were "discontinued". I will continue to support and am thankful.

I am not into Jewelry but I love changing my glasses to match my mood or what I am wearing! Love the affordability of ordering different pairs! It get so many compliments on the frames that I am wearing that day!
Loved my glasses but they broke in about 6 months. But they were a good price, that's why i am returning now to get another cute but cheap pair of glasses that i can be hard on at work

Slightly misleading with the pricing and the types of up charges after the lens. I got a cheap frame, and they just shouldn't even sell it because it is so bad without nose rests. I have enjoyed the Arnette Narro, and the mint tint I got for it was awesome.

I've been ordering from here for decades. My previous order has not moved from the status of being worked on in over 10 days. They chat say's it's being worked on but with so many order's placed successfully in the past, I am now having to place a re-order to see if these will come. I expect a refund on order previously placed if it doesn't come soon.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
