The Nola glasses broke in less than 3 months. But I have no choice than to order the same ones again so her lenses fit and I know the glasses fit her face. Buying 2 pairs this time to have a backup just in case they break again

I've been an EBD member since 2018 and I love all the glasses and sunglasses I've bought from them. So many styles to choose and customize from at an affordable price. My favorite part about EBD is their buy 1, give 1 program. Don't forget to look for it at the bottom of the screen once you purchase a pair!
They said it will arrive in 2 days and it took about 2 weeks. Other than that everything was good
I ordered a pair of glasses I was sure I'd love! (Without reading the full description) and they arrived and I wore them for a full day and decided they were too small and I wanted to return them. I called the customer support line and they helped me exchange them over the phone and all I have to do is send back the old pair with a prepaid return label.

My glasses WIT purchased just 2 years ago are all distorted. I believe the coating is at fault. They are unusable, it would be nice if I could return them to be fixed. If this is possible please email *******@optonline.net
I used to be able to get lenses for much cheaper. I prefer purchasing here but if pricing continues to increase, I will have to find another option.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
