Progressive lenses don't apply to frames that are automatically 2 day delivery. Wish I had known before trying many times to make it work. Called for help and was told to try again in 30 minutes? No way did it work. A chat the next day helped. Had to find different frames.

I need prisms in both my glasses. Needed to order two pair, but on my main pair, no matter what frame I picked, it popped up for me to call because you may not be able to put my prescription in those frames. I tried 4 or 5 different pair. Full rims too and different sizes. Then I call and get an Indian person that I couldn't understand. My husband just helped me and it still didn't work. You need to change your site for frames for prism glasses only so I don't spend hours trying on frames
