My last order had a simple mistake. I needed the shipping address changed. I couldn't get that help for weeks. I couldn't get anyone to even tell me how to get help until I badgered them with the same question in hour long chat sessions. I spent hours trying to get a simple change made. It was too late by the time I finally got someone to talk to me. I was forced to file an insurance claim and I'm still out the money I had to pay for insurance because customer support would not help me.

I've always had a positive experience with ordering glasses here. Plenty of stylish choices. And their glasses must work as I can see better when I wear them.

Eye Buy Direct is the ONLY way I buy glasses! The amount of styles, lenses and options are vast, the company is incredibly competent and customer service is top tier. I've lived in Missouri and Alaska, both areas I've lived in I've received my glasses in a timely manner in pristine condition, even with me being as far as Alaska! I've bought 4 different glasses from this site in the past 4 years and I don't plan on changing where I buy my glasses

The website is very user-friendly. I love the variety of products and any time I've needed to reach out for customer service with a problem for the fit, there has never been an issue and they work really well with me. I have buying glasses with EyeBuyDirect for over 20 years. I was hesitant the first time, but after receiving them, I saw that they were the SAME QUALITY offered at the optometrist's, and A LOT less expensive. They hold up well to rambunctious children and myself!

Eyeglass store wanted to charge me $1500 for three pairs of glasses. Here, I got 4 pairs for $112 and I really like them! No brainer!

I am a long time customer of EBD and recently ordered a pair of glasses which I received in a timely manner. However, due to the fact that the frames I had chosen rested too low on my nose, was unable to see close up and could not read with them. I chatted with a EBD agent about the problem and she had me send a picture of myself wearing the glasses. She was able to expertly see the problem and offer me other frame possibilities to make another pair of glasses that would work for me. I received the new glasses today and am quite pleased with their appearance and functionality. Thank you for making things right and honoring customer satisfaction.

I have used Eyebuydirect for a number of years and overall am pleased. I have some difficulty navigating the web site and it could be more streamlined. I have been very pleased with the glasses I've received and service. The prices are so much less than using a local eye glass outlet at your optical office. My last pair I order had an incorrect prescription provided from my eye doctor and Eyebuydirect willing made the correction and provided a second pair at minimal costs - I'm waiting now to receive and assume these will be satisfactory. And, I appreciate the emails advising of orders, shipping, and expected arrivals. I will continue to use them in them in the future.

I love your prices, choices, and emails (although you do send way too many) but they are always full of great information!
I am a little worried about a refund I should have received last week... I'm still waiting for it today. Hopefully, that comes in soon. When it does, I will purchase a new pair.

I have always had a positive experience. Exchanging after an order error was easy! Now my prescription has gotten stronger not all frames will work for my lenses but I'm glad there are plenty other options. Always affordable!
