I've been looking at the BedRug Bedtred for sometime now. I contacted customer support for some assistance and they came through as usual. I've used ExtremeTerrain for a lot of my purchases. I would recommend them to all my Jeep friends.

Our package was left at the completely wrong address at our neighbors house down the street and across the road! The correct name and address were on the box but it was left there and it sat for almost 1 week in the rain because they were on vacation & we had no idea it was there! They brought it over when they got back but still, why in the world? Totally different name & address. We have it now and luckily they are installed and do work but that is very frustrating.

First time car owner but personalising my '04 Jeep. Thanks for making it nearly good proof for me.

Immediately appreciated the difference in the engine sound. Too new to determine any increase in fuel efficiency but the sound and increase in acceleration is immediate! 5 stars

Initial order received quicker than expected, thank you. Ordered 5 Mammoth wheels, 3 of 5 had factory irregularities. Return process fairly easy except 2hr round-trip to get to FedEx shipping center. Once return shipped I was immediately notified by Extreme Terrain and replacements were quick to follow. Again, 1 of the 3 had factory irregularity, but decided to keep it rather than go through return process again.

Everything showed up promptly. As I was installing I noticed the grease fitting was broken off for the tire carrier.

I ordered a gift card for my sister to be delivered via email. She never received it so I started a chat with customer service who were very nice. I explained the situation, they told me it had been emailed to me. I checked my email including spam but was nowhere. I asked them to try try resenting it to both emails which they said they did, but still never received it. I had to have them give me the number so my sister coukd actually use the gift card I purchased for her because still a day later nothing in either email.

Well designed and manufactured as far as fit to my 2010 Tacoma. What should have been a 1 hour installation for 2 people turned into an entire afternoon because the crossbars were not threaded correctly to accept the bolts provided. Had to rethreaf 12 of 16 of these holes. Also need to paint bolts black before installing unless you want the patchwork look.

The product was exactly as described. The quality and fit were excellent and I love the way it looks on my Jeep!

Wish I could have had my coupon before I had place this expensive order. Received it after the fact.
