I have placed multiple orders with this site before and for some reason my last order placed was charged twice and then cancelled once, still waiting for the refund on my account.

This is my second time shopping with Extreme Terrain so far everything has worked out very well. Had help when needed, and items arrived as advertised.
I have rarely not been able to find what i need or am looking for. If i don't see it i simply email them and i get a reply in a day or two with a possible solution or other options that may work for what i am doing. The prices have always been reasonable.

I have been looking for auto open truck locks! I have an older truck with manual unlock. The item arrived on time in a very secure box! It was in good condition! It was easy to maneuver through the web sight and good price. I can't thank you enough!

Quit using USPS. I live less than 2 hrs from the shipping point and it took over a week to get the product. Use UPS! Also as I was putting on the grab handles I ordered, one of the clips broke! The lights were awesome and easy to install

I ordered an antenna for my 2018 jeep wrangler jk and it worked perfectly! I just did not have instructions and do not know wha i was getting myself into
I was trying to find the best step bar for my 2025 Tacoma to help my wife get in and out of truck.
Also wanted to find one that would make my truck look even more awesome than it already does.
I did one last search when I thought I had already decided on 2 than I came across Extreme Terrains website and found one for a great price and is going to look great.
One other thing that made it easy to decide is that the truck they demoed on is the same truck and color as mine so I got to see what it was going to look like.

Since I just bought this used Jeep back in Feb of this year I have bought a lot of things from you and whats really nice is you can get money back on your next order and that's really nice. One other thing is you guys are great at shipping the orders to people, no problems as of yet.
I have purchased alot of stuff through extrem terrain. Everything has always been on time and fit great. I install all my own parts except differential work. Haven't got that one figured out yet. Overall great place to shop for my jeep stuff. Been using them for at least 10 years
Every single time i've ordered something from extreme terrain something has been messed up, this time I was double charged and was sent two door seals, I emailed them within 5 minutes of getting the confirmation email and they sent it anyway so ill have to drive the 45 minutes to the fedex to get my goddamn money back. Also ordered a b&m shifter that came broken, again drove the 45 minutes to the fedex store to get another one for that one to break the same way while i was driving on the highway a week later, or the $650 rugged ridge bumper that was missing the mounting bolts, after being on hold for 35 minutes without being able to talk to any i went and bought some. You best believe I wont be buying my next lift from them. Also they spam the hell out of me with emails

We do our best to have orders shipped to our customers in a timely manner, and unfortunately with your order for the 2 Front Door Weatherstrip, we were unable to change the order to just one, before the item shipped.
We show that your placed the order inline for the two Front Door WeatherStrip on 3/17 around 8:15 PM EST. We do see that you sent an email asking us to update the order for just one weatherstrip, but by the time we reviewed the email, the items had already shipped out. We show that order left our warehouse in the morning of 3/18 and was delivered on 3/22. We do apologize that we were unable to make the requested changes to your order before the order shipped out.
We can understand your frustration with this situation, and if you would like to set up a return for one set, please contact us and we will be able to assist you. You can also initiate the return using our Customer Portal, [email protected]. You can log on using your order number, and then you will see a button that states, "start a new return.'
We tried to locate your order for the bumper, but we were unable to locate the order. If you receive an item that is missing hardware, we can try to source the hardware and have it sent to you, or we can offer to reimburse you if you are able to source the hardware locally. Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
