Easy to order. I was surprised that there was a shipping charge. Also I was going to order a sun shade for my front windshield but there was a $40 oversized charge added to the shipment so I canceled that order.
My order was delivered earlier than expected and the service/website was amazing. Will shop again on Extreme Terrain website.
Things started off with being shipped the wrong product and being told I would have to return the mis-shipment prior to the correct product being sent. It was very frustrating as I was trying to beat my own holiday shopping procrastination. Luckily, someone with actual decision making authority was awesome enough to override a policy that's not too customer friendly. Thanks to the supervisor that made the correct call and nice recovery Extreme Terrain!

The bumper was alittle hard to install. Recommend having a friend help with the install. The bumper shipped fast and came with no visible damage.
Boxes were a little beat up upon arrival, as well as not all 5 wheels not being delivered together. Otherwise it was fine.
Ordered pretty close to Xmas holiday for some stocking stuffers and was thinking it had a good chance of not getting here in time. Order was processed and delivered super fast, from Kansas to Seattle area in a couple days. Super happy with process.
