The TeraFlex Bed Rail system arrived in good time, was easy to install in under an hour, and is a vast improvement over the "pinch" mounting system I had been using before. The rails themselves, as well as the moveable tie-down points are "beefier" than those available from the vehicle OEM.

So far not so good. The wheel I received was damaged in shipping. I am waiting on the replacement to come. I returned the damaged wheel Friday via FedEx. We will see how things go. I will say that the young lady I spoke to at your customer service department was excellent. She knows how to work with situations such as this. She was personable, and extremely helpful. This is coming from a person with experience dealing with multi billion dollar companies. I hope the rest is as successful as she was.
I thought I was going to receive a new product but it definitely had the wear of used. I'm using it b/c I need it. Fit was perfect but still for the amount I paid I expected bran NEW, NOT a returned product!
