Am a loyal customer because ET has always been so responsive on anything that I have needed for our 3 Jeeps (TJ/Jeepzilla, TJ/The Great Green Gazou and the CJ/Orange Crush).

My experience with extreme terrain has been a disaster from the very start. They lost part of my order, then they said I requested a return when I never even received anything from my order. It's safe to say I will never order from this company again and if ever asked about this company from my jeep friends I will definitely recommend someone else. Very unprofessional
Customer service was so easy, returned an item no longer necessary and got money back fast, and all the rest of my items were great quality, exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommended store.
I like this company because they have a lot of variety. And if you see something usually they have sales quite often so you can find a better deal on it than any or else.
Get company to do business with. I wish they had more selection for my Grand Cherokee. Great products and several prices options that are suited to just about any budget.

Yes EXT sounds as strong as USA USA USA. Always a great experience haven't had one bad one yet. And I order lots of things. The people that I have had to speak with always take care of any issue. I think there's only been two and one was my issue not EXT. So if you want cool stuff great support and people that seem to care then look no further than EXT. I bet these folks enjoy their jobs. Sure everyone has a bad day every now and then. But you could hear the smile thru the phone. It's customer service that I remember…. I'm an old man now…. I'll always buy here first before I check anywhere it's always "EXT for ME"

We reviewed your orders, and there is currently a block on your account, which means we are unable to accept purchases from you at this time. We did some investigating, and the block was put on your account in 2021. This block was placed on your account because we show that you ordered LED Tail Lights, and initially we were informed that you did not receive the taillights, and we sent our a replacement. While reviewing your orders, later in 2021, we show that the original and the replacement taillights show that they were delivered. So it appears that you received two sets of the tail lights, but we were only paid for one set. We noted your account and can remove this block, if we receive payment for one set of the taillights.

Thanks again. My only complaint is the consultant pop ups. Before I can even experience your site. I'm bombarded with "join this" "Mail me this" "Did you like our website" Please allow your customers to actually do something on your website before you throw a beraid of questions in our faces. All companies do this and it makes us want to go somewhere else

Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?

We do see that you reached out to us on 3/27/2026, to get an update on your order, we reviewed your order, and saw there was no movement on the tracking number, we set up a lost package RMA. This allows us to initiate a claim with the shipper to see if they can locate this order. When we set up the lost package, we set it up as a replacement, so a replacement will ship to you before our claim is resolved.
In reviewing your order, we show that both the original camera wire extension and the replacement were both delivered on 4/4/2026. We submitted a request to have a return label emailed to you and ask that you please use that return label to return one of the items to us. We appreciate your understanding of this situation.
