I had my local dealership install it and they said it's pretty easy if you have the correct tools. But it looks bad*ss, it gives off serious tactical feels when you look at at! Great product for a great price. Will definitely buy again for my next truck.
I bought this cover for my husband. His a truck driver and parks the Jeep in a truck parking lot. He loved it. It's easy to put on and easy to store. Keeps the Jeep clean and protected from sun/rain.
I order doors doors for my JL Jeep Wrangler. Doors with mirrors in fact. The issue is, I receive 2 right side mirrors instead of one left, and one right.
I call customer service. It's a Saturday, so I am promised a call back on Monday. Guess what NEVER happened. That leads to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and now Saturday.
COUNTLESS promises for call backs. Promises of shipping a new mirror. All empty promises.
Final straw was they offer me a $90.00 in house credit, but still no drivers side mirror.
With ZERO over stating, no less than 8 hours of phone time with still no resolve.
I finally had to call my bank to dispute the charges.
Unreal.
Item that was shipped first never showed and has taken over a week so far, only to have not heard anything back.

Bumper arrived in perfect shape. Looking forward to putting it on. Judy at Customer Service was really helpful.
I ordered the running boards online. Item shipped on time and was delivered in great shape. It was well packaged and all parts included. I like the look and they work great for the intended use. My only snag was that I needed to re-tap the nuts on the underside of the Jeep. After that was done they went in easy.
Order of product went very well. Easy to navigate through web site very informative about product what comes in the box. Installation videos to watch. Can't wait to receive item.
The first order came with the box torn open and many parts missing. I have received the replacement order but have yet to take time to open it and make sure all parts are within.
Ordered some seats for my Jeep cj8 and they came on time and without any issues. Will be ordering from Extreme Terrain again!

First time Jeep owner here. Your website is very organized and easy to shop. I like that most items have detailed descriptions and installation instructions. Also the reviews with buyer pictures make it easy to compare items.
Everything is great it's just the website could be easier to navigate through.I don't like that you can't get back your full amount that you paid when returning some thing that is unused/unopened. I wish they would do first time return free. There's just a lot of competition out there and little things like that will keep me returning as a customer.
Product arrived quickly. Easy to install. Did have to cut the extension pipe down from 42" to 35" per the instructions to fit my access cab, didn't know I'd have to do that but a sawsall with a carbide tipped blade did quick work of it

Bumper is awesome have no issues there it came banged up which isn't extreme terrains fault it's fedex the video for this bumper made it seem like it unpack and rock n roll and it's not the case the lights don't work with newer Jeeps come to find out and you don't get the in and off switch like it says you do in the video also received instructions for a 2013 Jeep when I purchased for a 2023 Jeep however I was impressed with the quick response time I got from nick the tech and his explanation of why it doesn't work hopefully they will make the products available to work with newer model Jeeps soon as I do like this company and would like to keep my business with them
