First time Jeep owner here. Your website is very organized and easy to shop. I like that most items have detailed descriptions and installation instructions. Also the reviews with buyer pictures make it easy to compare items.

Everything is great it's just the website could be easier to navigate through.I don't like that you can't get back your full amount that you paid when returning some thing that is unused/unopened. I wish they would do first time return free. There's just a lot of competition out there and little things like that will keep me returning as a customer.

Great product, easy to install. The blow-off valve sounds much better than the stock.

Bumper is awesome have no issues there it came banged up which isn't extreme terrains fault it's fedex the video for this bumper made it seem like it unpack and rock n roll and it's not the case the lights don't work with newer Jeeps come to find out and you don't get the in and off switch like it says you do in the video also received instructions for a 2013 Jeep when I purchased for a 2023 Jeep however I was impressed with the quick response time I got from nick the tech and his explanation of why it doesn't work hopefully they will make the products available to work with newer model Jeeps soon as I do like this company and would like to keep my business with them

Using a old plastic milk crate to hold the side step bars. Also using the factory threaded holes under the wrangler body, 1 person can install step rails.

Product works exactly as described and fits my vehicle perfectly. Fair price and item arrived quickly. Would recommend.

I installed this side steps on my Tacoma that is easy take me about 1 hour to complete

Product seemed good quality. I ordered a front and back seat set of covers. I put on the front seat covers. This was not an easy task, but I didn't intend it to be because they would fit tight. Went to put on the back seat and it was another pair of front seat covers. Called them to see how I could send back the extra front seat covers they packaged and have them send the correct back seat covers and they would not do that. I had to send it all back and then get an entire replacement set. So I wasted an hour putting on seat covers just to take them off because they packaged the incorrect second set. It also took extra time and gas to find a FedEx drop off. The refund process was quick however, and I got seat covers elsewhere.

No one had the wheel I was looking for and this was a true easy buy and experience.

Very easy, got all parts I needed very quickly. All parts were correct and made the repair very quick. Would highly recommend to anyone
