The instruction mention fog lights but mountingt hem with the Brackets is almost impossible to get the nuts and bolt on. The worst and stupidest thing I have seen is the mounting bracket go on the inside with a mother and father welded on each bracket. How is the bracket to stay in place while putting bumper on? You can't reach the inside and the fall back through during mounting. I will have to gorilla glue the Brackets inside so I can get the bolts through the mount. The fabrication left no entrance behind the plates. Would not recommend the hassle on anyone.

Everything I ordered got to my house before the date I was told it would be delivered. I watched the videos prior to installing everything which made the whole process a lot easier. I actually thought it would be a little more difficult than the videos, but I was wrong. New grill looks awesome and the LED headlights and blinkers word perfectly.

Bak Truck cover arrived damage. Small plastic corner piece was broken off. Reached out to customer service and was told I could return the cover (already have the rails installed on the truck and paid $40 shipping for large size item). OR receive a $245 store credit or$122.50 refund, both of these options would void the warranty on the item. When I asked about a simple hardware request, they don't do that nor would the manufacturer. I reached out the Bak directly and they 100% do have this part and send it to you for free

Seat covers were supposed to arrive sometime before 3/25. When they hadn't shipped I checked on the status and delivery date was moved to 4/4 - 4/8, even though current website says in stock and available for delivery asap. Reached out to customer service again and asked to cancel this part of the order. Was told it has to be cancelled with the manufacturer and they will issue me a $20 credit. Item still not cancelled.

Shady customer service and overall it a great experience. Would not recommend using

I received quick release mirrors from them today and box appeared open. It was missing parts. I spent 27 minutes on phone (mostly on hold) to resolve and process is still not complete. The parts are now back ordered and I will not get my money back for 10 days. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

The support team was ready to support me immediately. I needed their assistance, and they took their time to explain every little detail.
