After spending a good deal of time deciding on a hard over, I finally decided on one I liked and had a 20% discount code on the product banner. Code didn't work, talked to customer service and agreed that it was on the photo but not intended to be on sale. Offered me a sticker and banner and applied a discount...I thought cool...but the discount was 4% and I don't really need a sticker/banner. Was excited by the site because it has a lot of great things and just started building out my Taco. There are other sites out there. Anyways, I just wanted the deal to be honored but I worry that if this is the solution to a mistake what happens if something is wrong with the product.
Before I place an order for a steel bumber I call them asking a few questions ( Alex) was very polite and very knowledgeable! Of the products they have! Hands down these guys are the real deal outdoor/ everyday street driving performance parts for your vehicles.

Easy buying experience and parts arrived on time. I was charged $15 for shipping when it was supposed to be free as advertised. I spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to resolve (which is way too long for $15). I ended up being sent a free shirt and sticker instead of getting a refund on shipping, so whatever. But my god, the amount of emails that I get now is ridiculous. Just because I bought something from you doesn't mean that I want a flood of emails from you. Why do businesses think it's ok to flood people's email? I'm going to unsubscribe and hopefully that works. Have some courtesy people. If I want something from you, I'll go on your site and buy it.

Everything is so easy on this website and shipping is fast.
Arrived quicker than expected and was simple to install
When ordering the delivery option said I would receive the next day (Friday) by choosing 1 day shipping for $9.99, which I did. However, I did not receive until the following Monday. Should've done regular shipping method.

I was looking at light bars for my Bronco and I was having difficulty finding out of the brackets supplied would work. I used the chatting tool and they asked me if I wanted a rep to call me to talk about it. It's 9:30pm I'm figuring that they will call me back tomorrow morning. Nope, within 3 mins they gave me a call and within 10 mins I found a light bar that worked for my Bronco. Great service
Customer service was very good except i asked if my stock lug nuts would work and was told they would not and i would need to buy new ones. But when i had tires put on they used my lugs, so i bought new ones i did not use or need. The wheels look great and were a good price. I would recommend them to anyone looking.
