Easy to deal with from start to finish. The tracking was great. I knew when my parts were going to arrive.

1st of all, I'm not what you'd call a really avid off roader but I do use my Jeep off road getting to trailheads and backcountry areas every week or so. I purchased some new rock sliders for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and they arrived in just a few days. I took off my old rusted and scratched up ones and bolted on the new ones in about an hour. Everything lined up perfectly and went on smoothly. They look great on my jeep and will provide added protection and nicer appearance to my old faithful Jeep.

Website was easy to use and order was delivered within 3 days of purchase.

Shopping online with Extreme Terrain has always been easy and parts are shipped effciently as indicated when the order is placed.

I ordered side rails for my new vehicle. They were shipped promptly by FedEx. They made it to my general area but then stopped moving according to the tracking info. I contacted ET by chat and was basically told it had been delayed but would be delivered the next day. Next day, nothing. I contacted ET by chat again and the response was a reiteration of what FedEx said on the tracking site. I responded that a monkey could I have done that and that I needed them to contact FedEx and find out why. They replied they would and would let me know by email by the end of the day. NOTHING. I finally sent an email to customer service to cancel the order. They continued to apologize and would not acknowledge the cancellation. I sent a second email to the same affect. Same response. After many days delay, the package arrived. I did keep them and they are great. ET isn't.

Process was easy and timely on receiving the product. Product was as expected and met my expectations.

Orders were wrong. And months to get resolved. Manager couldn't even go out of his way to speak to me. So expect a run around and missing parts, and inexperienced sales experts.

Order came within the week of initiating. Product as described.

Always a good shopping experience. Seem to always have in stock.If not it will get in quickly.

Fast and very simpler, definitely going here for more parts.

Dealer said part was on back order and I was going to have to wait over a month for it. Extreme terrain has it readily available and got the part to my house in a matter of days.

I do a fair amount of business ordering online. Without a doubt Extreme Terrain's web site is the best. It is straightforward and very responsive. Additionally, their product selection is pretty good as is the promptness of shipping.

Running boards appear to be well made and installed quickly once I discovered the rectangular brackets are not used in my installation application. Also, I was given an extra 12-ct bag of M8 13mm bolts. Confusing and wasteful to have so much extra.
