Your website listed that the part would fit on my Badlands Bronco stock bumper. It did not. Your tech told me I needed to get a different bumper on eBay and it would work. I did not want that. I had to drive 140 miles round-trip to a FedEx location to return the wrong part that you sent me. Before I returned it, I ordered door jam protectors. I was under the impression these were designed specifically for my application. They were not. They were nothing more than stickers. I will never purchase anything from you ever again.

Last time i ordered it took a while for stuff to turn up and this time it was a little faster but not by much. The Canadian shipping charge should get your stuff quicker than what seems to happen.

I made an order for 3 items and it was canceled by the site.

When I went to check when today my daughter's items were coming since we already had people lined up to help put the items on... it said order canceled. I called and asked why my order was canceled. They said they canceled it because it was marked as scam. But they didn't know why it was marked that. The guy said I could just re-order it and I said that they screwed up and canceled it so they need to fix it and make it right. Then I don't wanna order on the site again and then it get canceled again.
So he transferred me to the person who deals with the parts and I told them what had happened. This guy sounded like he was high as a kite and didn't know what he was doing. He asked me the part numbers I gave him part numbers. I told him one of the items was a warranty for the headlights and he couldn't find them. Then he says "oh I forgot". He told me that total was about $120 and I said no that's not right you forgot the soft top. He couldn't find it and I gave him the part number again. I was on the phone for 15 minutes with him and he still couldn't figure it out. If I would've added my stuff to cart it would've took me under a minute to get all this done. So I went back in the restaurant where I was waiting and my mom asked me what the deal was and I said this guy doesn't know what he's doing. So the guy said that he would get somebody else to help me that knows what they're doing. I said that was fine then he hung up on me. So by him hanging up on me after making me wait for 15 minutes cause he doesn't know what the hell he's doing They lost the sale and other sales I would've purchased.

Only positive experiences when I order. They sell all the cool stuff I need at a reasonable price.

Not good. Said one day shipping would arrive next day. Contacted customer service through messages. They Said don't know when my package will arrive. Wait 24 to 48 hrs for update. Was told even though it said I would have it by the next day on website that was impossible to happen. It gave me option to pickup next day or 1 day delivery. Now I don't have what I needed in time. And I will be leaving town. Seems like it is false advertising. So I would order it from them instead of actually receiving when I was told through somewhere else

I have had 2 orders with you, both for door straps for a 1997 Wrangler. The first order included the hardware. The hardware fit, but the straps were way too long. The web-page system that checks for the correct part for the year and model said it was the right one. The hardware was lighter gauge metal than the original. The second order was just for the straps since the others wouldn't work. These had a "SteinJaeger" logo on them. I didn't care about the logo, but it turns out the logo was just a piece of rubber like plastic glued on the strap which immediately came loose once the door was closed and strap was doubled up. Lucky it was not an American flag or I would have been really furious.

I could forgive the part mis-match of the parts, if it weren't for the additional factor that the parts were low quality, no doubt imported, reproductions, not worthy of being put on an American made Jeep. Why don't you pay what it takes to get good stuff made in USA, or at least in North America, and market it as such. I would gladly pay more for Made in USA, than the junk you sent me.
