I ordered a phone mount for 2011 JK the we recently purchased for our 16 yr old, newly licensed driver. After receipt of product, in midst of installation, I found out after extensive research, that it IS NOT compatible if an after-market stereo has been installed. The OEM stereo had a bracket to screw into, after-market stereos (installed by previous JK owner) do not accommodate the purchased dash mount. This would've been really good to know prior to purchase. Please include that important fact on product page. In order to return the $70 purchase (now 100% useless), I learned that I have to pay FedEx $25!

This order was exactly the right items, but my previous order I was sent the wrong items first off, when I went to return them they made a "exception" even tho I was sent the wrong item, not what I ordered. Upon receiving the shipping label via email the link could not be found. This process happened twice and I still haven't been able to return the items. Very disappointing.
