I called and talked to them and the sales rep built my order and put it in the cart, I purchased them and got home and went to put them home and the wheels on and the lugs nuts will not fit, I called and Jacklyn help me resolve the issue, I would of given 3 stars but she helped make it right.

I was a bit disappointed! The front mats fit perfect, but rear mats do not fit at all. The holes to snap them in are in the wrong location and seem to be fit for another type of jeep. The ordering site even asked what color my gladiator was to match the mat color.

Hood came in damaged. Packaging was good, but hood was damaged on 3 corners. I went online and did the chat. I sent pictures of the damage, and they did give me 3 options. Store Credit, Small refund or send it back. I went with the small refund to fix the hood. They were very easy to work with and they did it all over the chat. I have not received my refund yet, but it will take 5 to 7 days.

You're emailed 2-3 times a day. There are ways to stop it. Otherwise not to bad.
Fits great on my 5ft bed on my 2016 tacoma. Installation was simple and took less than 40 mins. As far as quality goes, I haven't had the product for more than a week. Yet, it has gone through high heat, rain and other elements and it has still held up pretty well.
Great products and timely delivery. Although I did have to return something only because I ordered the wrong thing and the return process was very easy as well. I will be definitely shopping here again.
