Extreme terrain has a nice website and a great selection and prices but my most recent experience with them was not good. Whoever is getting their orders ready to ship needs to do a better job. I ordered 4 shocks and they arrived in boxes with no packing at all to protect them in transit and the shocks had dents in them and one had the top of the piston rod where the bolt goes through almost broke off. One box was completely open and the shock had obviously fallen out repeatedly. I sent two of them back and the ones they sent me to replace them arrived in not much better condition. No packing just the individual shocks in there box with nothing to protect them. One of the replacements is dented also but I'm giving up and keeping them and I'm done with extreme terrain. There are plenty of other places to buy parts for my Jeep from. In the past I've never had a problem with extreme terrain but apparently they have some problems in their shipping department.

Put my order in parts came fast and the boxes were in good condition havent done the job yet but will post once im done.got all new breaks and new hood and headers cant wait to get it all installed
One rail was dented but I bent it back in place. Also was missing a screw for the buckle mount, but I had one that at home that fit. Good price
