Fast, Quick shipping easy payment. Great service and selection. The installation process takes longer than expected. No one wants new tires. Tps, and rims waiting two weeks for installation. Once received I'm happy but installation process not so much. I'm waiting impatiently!
Was just browsing but found extreme terrain's open box section and found a great deal. Quickly shipped and no issues so far.

Ordered window trim, one was for my Tacoma the other one was not. Called customer service. Trying to get the right parts was horrible, take pictures of all the parts including the box. Wait for them to receive the parts, approve it and then they would send me out new ones. Something that was not my fault but I had to wait for all of this? Just retuned them for my refund.

After I realized I did not have to remove the existing tray, the installation went in easy. However the cell phone holder vibrates a lot and the holder does not hold the cell phone very well. It fall off on occasion while driving.
Over all was an easy experience. Product came on time.

I have a PO Box and USPS would not accept delivery from Fed Express. Luckily it's a small town and the Postal Service lady called me and I was able to catch the Fed Express Driver at a different location. Please use USPS when requested.
