I purchased the Go Rhino RB 20 Slim Running Boards for my Tundra. 5 of 8 brackets were scratched some down to the base metal and the boards were not exactly the same (there is a flange on the top side facing the door that was different lengths in each running board). ET offered to reship but we agreed on a fair store credit (~30%). The brackets are not visible but was a little disappointed in the quality of product which is prob not ETs fault. Overall I like the boards and the defects are not noticeable once on the truck. I'm not sure where the Go Rhino manufacturing is done but it could use some QC improvement. Thanks to ET for the quick resolution … you should allow picture attachments to the review I didn't have that option.

I have been looking for a toggle switch housing for a non Jeep vehicle I've modified for some light drag racing. I needed a way to Mount my toggle switches and your product is just what I was looking for. I have just ordered it and am waiting for delivery. The process so far has been painless.
The smithy built tow bar arrived obviously the package had been opened and taped shut

2 of the rims were damaged i noticed when tire was installed. The installer said that's the way he took out of box

Got my order. Wrong side, wrong color, and broken. Already sent back for refund.
Item arrived in a reasonable time but I did notice that it was shipped in a box that was too small so the item had a bend/kink in it. Hope it doesn't give ma any trouble installing it on my Jeep. It is an outer window seal after all.
Was interested in a certain set of tires they offered and asked if they came as advertised in the pic, asked multiple times and was assured this was the case, within 30 seconds of FedEx unloading them I knew they weren't what I ordered….beware!

The unit had only three brackets for each side of the running board. According to your representative, it only requires three. I looked into purchasing one additional mount per side, four small pieces total, and was quoted $154.00. That's 25% of the original set to start with. Somewhere in the $80 range would have been high but acceptable.

Ordered a new grille for my 24 bronco, it doesn't fit as stated from the description and a representative. Was given the choice of $38 and keep it or pay to ship it back and get a refund for it weeks later. So currently out $150+ and a grille that doesn't fit. Will never order again
