I had a coupon and went through the purchase process after 10 days of research all my options and when I processed a purchases I failed to enter my coupon. I reached out to customer service right away and was told they wouldn't help me. It was an out of over $1,000 they wouldn't even consider a credit as soon as I sent them the coupon information.
