Ordered a GMRS antenna on site, which indicated in stock and available. Purchased using PayPal. Later same day received email stating my order got cancelled. Ordered antenna from another company.
Bought open box described as scratched or dented not missing parts. The bracket to install were not in the box and not installing instructions.

We work hard to have product information available for our Open Box items, so the customers are aware of what they will be receiving and in what condition the item is in. In reviewing your order, it was noted that this item had some scratches and scuffs, but it did not mention the missing brackets. Your frustration is understandable.

I've ordered many replacement and after market parts for my 06 wrangler LJ. Everything has showed up in a timely manner and nothing missing.
I tend to come here because availability and the military discount but even then I feel like there's a lack of promos especially for guys with a big audience shouting yall out.

I gave 4-stars due to the return policy. I wish it was better and not charge the customer for this process. Also, 4- stars due to the incessant email ads. There are too many IMO and clog up my in-box. However, with that said; The customer support via chat was great. Finding what I needed was easy by way of the website. I can't give the exact date of the purchase I made from you in regards to a cold air intake for my tundra, but after investigating the tracking number with FedEx, it hasn't even been shipped and I'm pretty sure that it's been over a week since I ordered it so could somebody please look into why FedEx has not been able to pick up the package to deliver it I appreciate any information in regarding this matter thank you

This item was being shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. When the order was placed on 2/11/2026, we show the "Get it By Dates" were listed as 2/17-2/23. These dates are noted on the product page, to the right of the photo of the item.
We do show that the item shipped out on 2/17 and was delivered on 2/20.

I had questions; they had answers. Currently awaiting my products to arrive, but the purchasing process was very easy. I'd buy from here again.
I just needed a part. I saw that estimated shipping was 1 day and free for my order. Great. I wondered where was this part coming from. I had checked other suppliers and was able to quickly find the locations of their offices and warehouse. But I had a real struggle with finding out any information on your locations easily. You might want to clean up that contact/about us page and add that information somewhere in there. As far as anything else, I just place the order, we'll see how it goes after it arrives.

Everything is on the site, but sometimes when I type in the item I am looking for, it doesn't show up; however, if I click a similar item and go to recommendations, it shows up there. It's a bit wonky sometimes, even with exact wording

After ordering, and paying for items I received an email stating that my order was received. Shortly after I received another email stating that one item was out of stock and expected a 12+ week delay. Unacceptable, and the last time I will order from your company. If would have canceled the entire order if I could have, but that wasnt an option.

In reviewing your order, our team attempted to send a text message to the telephone number we have on file sharing this information with you, however we received a message back that the message could not be delivered.
The address listed on your order is a PO Box. Because we use FedEx/UPS for the majority of our free shipping, unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box. We are also unable to change the shipping address information on PayPal orders. As a result, we had to cancel this order and a credit has been sent back to your account. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we will be happy to fulfill future orders which have a street address designated for delivery.
