After booking and paying for two tickets with carry-ons and checked luggage, Exploretrip delivers two tickets with only checked (no carry on) AND an unpaid balance on the tickets of over $160, which we had to pay. Further, the birthdate on the ticket was wrong and my partner almost missed the flight when TSA identified the mistake and the ticket had to be rebooked. Nightmare and the company refuses to cover their unpaid balance on the ticket.
Quality and quantity value for your price and experience
It was easy to book the flight, but as i booked it i picked an insurance package. The next day my ticket was confirmed but the insurance wasn't, i received a link to get an even more expensive insurance.
It was my very first time. I saw the site on Skyscanner, so I went on to the website to try it. Sure enough the price I saw was real. Easy booking process

I had to cancel my ticket and try to get it back as a credit. Forget it, the ticket what are trying to sell you including the credit is double price and hidden fees applied, it's chipper to buy brand new ticket. Rip-off agency, very unprofessional.

The system was a bit slow when i was entering the information. Also, I think that it is too much to charge for seat election and ALSO, to request seat election! First time said 13,95$. I restarted right away and I was charged 20$$. TOO MUCH!
False booking information. When trying to complete my ticket purchase prices all of a sudden jump up and seats become unavailable if you don't purchase their 'discount' subscription
This web page lies about the airfare ticket price due to when you are paying it includes a discount which only applies if you get a subscription, but if you don´t wan it the prices increases
