Very smooth very easy. Tried some other websites and it was more confusing. Said booking was one charge for leaving and returning but it wasn't! Almost double charged me! Like how clear everything was!

Explore trips has not refunded for tickets despite charging cancellation fees on top of the original ticket. NO5UEH

A Total SCAM! Please be away from this agency.
I called them several times regarding the cancellation of my ticket, but they always tell me to talk to the airline, and the airline is the only one that can help.
But when I called the airline, the airline told me that they cannot see any information because the agency avoids it. The airline cannot even check the price of my ticket.
I called the agency again, but they always tell me they cannot help.

They took 380 dollars from me they said that they refunded it never showed up in my account this has been going on since March 23rd 2021. Johnson the clown that I have talked to many time and said that he booked to flight has lied and lied from the very start. He took the money from my account and said that he booked the flight and then came back and said the cost went up. Deception and FRAUD is what this company is about. I have written, emailed, called. Filing suit next. DON'T USE EXPLORE TRIP OR FLYEX!

I had to make charge with my credit card company to get a refund. Just pay the extra buck and book directly with airlines. These resellers are not worth it.

I booked 4 passenger tickets from Miami to Kabul for a convenient price. They sent me a confirmation number book with no e-tickets. When I call for the E-tickets, the agents say that my ticket was never booked and they canceled my tickets although I received a confirmation number. Since it was the weekend, I expected them to send the tickets within 24 hours. Since my flight was within 2 days of the time I booked, I called the next day for my E-tickets, they tell me that they have not booked my tickets. I spent so much money on a rental car, hotel, covid test, and place to stay in Kabul, and I missed all of them. HORRIBLE!
NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!
THEY OFFERED TO BOOK A TICKET FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE I BOOKED ORIGINALLY SAYING THAT MY CARD WAS NOT CHARGED!
