In Milos car choice was no more than ok. There was a problem with the car key (not easily connecting to the car computer for doors locking and engine start) that was not resolved in 15 days. In Paros, car was brand new. Car pick up from airport not really comfortable (van to go to the office) but then service was very good

Despite an online check in, the car wasn't ready on our arrival and we had to wait for about an hour. But finally we get the car and enjoyed our holidays

The overall experience during the reception of the car was fine. The car was also according to the expectations.
However, I had contracted a GPS system but I had to reject it since the model provided was very only and did not work properly, being the only one available.

Horrific policy. My license from Canada updates every 5 yrs as do most across the globe. This is so for update of address and photo. According to Europcar policy if your license has a issue date of less than 1 year you can't rent a car. In my case, mine had renewed in Jan so although I have been driving for 40 years, I was given a hard time, an unbending front desk person and a delay in starting my holiday. Terrible policy. I will not rent from there again
My order was bloomed from unknown reason and I had to open new one after the first was already paid and now to fight the agent for refund
We were very happy with the flexibility of the Europcar in Heraklion, our flight was delayed but the employee at Heraklion waited for us, which saved our day!

All in all, i am ok with the service.
Yesterday we had a flat tier which could not be fixed by the fix kit (foam) and the car is lacking a spare tier. We waited 4.5hr for tow & taxi service. I am still waiting for solution for the next possible case where i no longer have a kit for fixing a flat tier nor a spare tier.
