Good experience. My car's rear windshield got shattered, and they came pretty fast to where I was and replaced the car for me.

Il est vrai que depuis que nous avons repris l'opération Europcar en Grèce (01/10/2021), nous mettons tout en œuvre pour offrir à nos clients des expériences de voyage exceptionnelles à chaque fois qu'ils utilisent notre service. Cependant, la réglementation de l'aéroport nous interdit d'afficher des panneaux dans l'aéroport ou le hall d'arrivée. Même si le bon que vous avez reçu contenait toutes les instructions.

When I was shown round the car, the stay on the drivers door hinge was broken and the door skin dented. The door just swings right open.
I said I find the want a car that was broken at the price I was paying. They said they had nothing else available. Why did they think it was acceptable to get s broken car.
I asked how long it would take to get a replacement vehicle, they said they couldn't. When I persisted they offered to go and wash one of the other cars on the forecourt. That took about 15 minutes which was ok.
When I booked the car through jet2 it said pick up from desk in the terminal. The Europcar office in not in the terminal, is is not on the airport site it is a site immediately adjacent to the airport entrance. Not too far to walk with your bags in the heat but I wouldn't have chosen Europcar if I had known

Check in desk and car location were right there at the airport. Friendly and Knowledgeable employees. We rented 2 cars at seperate times, and both were in great condition.

Very bad experience. I will never work with europecar again. I rented a car from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm and when I arrived at the airport there was no service port, I had to call them to receive me. Car at 23:00 that was in the contract and already paid. I asked them to cancel the contract but they said that this would not be possible since I had already paid. Bad experience... Upon delivery of the vehicle, they signaled a damage that was on the vehicle before and they were only convinced when I showed a video that I made myself at the time of reception. Anyway, never again... We have many companies even at the airport that will certainly provide a better service.
Everything was okay, fast and I got all the help I needed.
