50 minutes to make the paper at the desk, 15 mn to get the car, 10mn to go out the parking as the barrière did not open i had to call the europcar Guy. I am gold in hertz and avis. My worst expérience with europcar, 1h15mn to get a car!
The car was perfectly prepared. The Yaris Cross is a little smaller inside than the Corrolla, but we fitted in 5 people. Everything OK.

We booked a car in the class of a Nissan Qashqai, because we wanted a large car for our family of 5 (with 500+ liter of boot space). Instead we were given a Mazda CX30, which is a significantly smaller car (430 liters of boot space and less leg room). This seems to be a recurring theme with Europcar, as in our previous vacation in another country we ordered a VW Passat and got a Skoda Octavia, in the pretense that they belong to the same class. We will avoid Europcar in the future.
The guy was pretty nice and got the car early by an hour or two.

We are 7 time on Rhodes and first time we met unpleasant service and stress atmosphere.
We booked car with child seat for 50 euro but on a place they charged us 60 euro without any reason and did not help to install the seat which is not meets the standard Adac or Isize
Now We are worried what will happen when we will returning the car because when we Got the car we where scared about everything even sand inside.

I recieved the car, eveything was fine with it.
But I had booked a car befor for the same period (RES003-6530). We booked from 12 - 12 am but because we where late the booking was cancelled. So we had to book this car with the rental nr RNT003-4128.
The car we booked and was cancelled had the nr RES003-6530. Now the agency (FTI) says that you want the full price for the whole period from 5 - 15 aug. Its verry frustating that we have to pay the full period especially because on your homepage its written that you will only charge a cancellation fee. It would be gerat to clearify this. Because now we payed for two cars but got only one car...

Bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia. Mają nowe duże klimatyzowane biuro blisko lotniska Chania. Przyjemnie załatwia się wszystkie formalności. Samochód który otrzymaliśmy był totalnie nowy. Spędziliśmy w nim super wakacje jeżdżąc i zwiedzając wyspę. Gorąco polecam.

I had to wait 1 hour at the airport with only 4 person behind of me due to IT system, alone with a 2 yo baby. 20 minutes per person for the delivery.

After a long journey(20hrs) all I wanted was a seamless car collection. I had booked 2 cars, one for my brother and one for myself which created some complexities.
Being front of the Que I did not expect to wait a full extra 2 hours for the car collection(everything was booked, I simply had to pay). All other collection agencies moved swiftly along but Europcar claimed system issues. The teller did nothing to assist in the process and plodded along at a snails pace. Extremely disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend Europcar for Crete rentals. At drop-off, they pulled the classic charge for damages that they claimed we made despite having full insurance. Won't be using them again.

As a result of signing the Damage Scheme and being informed of the Full Coverage insurance package you purchased, our branch followed all the procedures you agreed to. During the purchase of the full insurance, you were informed of an administration fee of 31 Euros. (A fee that was communicated to you when you purchased the full insurance policy.)

Absolutely horrible and rude customer service! And they try to force a scam on traveller's. There was not a shuttle at the airport and no one answered the phone. Had to walk on foot to the rental site with luggage. Got there and the clerk was rude. Said no shuttle. Furthermore, there was a small dent (a little bigger than a 2 Euro coin) already on the bumper. They did not document it and then accused me of doing it and stated I would be charged $1000E. The man was pushy and rude. Tried to get me to admit fault and sign a paper, then became threatening! Said he had pics without it; however all the cars are the same! I went online a saw that Eurocar does this often in Chania (over 35 documented complaints) and was sued in the UK for the same scam which they lost based on the court case evidence. I am VERY angry about this scam. I am military and have filed a complaint with the JAG office!
