Everything was ok with the online reservation process, the car and the staff.
The Europcar office in Thessaloniki Airport is not inside the airport, and the indications to get to the connection bus from the airport to the office were not clear enough. No information was provided at the end of the online reservation process, however information is available by searching "Europcar Thessaloniki airport" in Google.

Very friendly staff and a next to brand new car. Only downside is location of pickup which is further than ideal from the Piraeus port when you have luggage - too near to taxi, too far to walk.

The car was new and big enough, which was good.
The motor power was, however, not good. Especially in those mountains not great.
Finding both Europe car spots was a journey as nobody seemed it necessary to update the google location.

Nous avons payé un jour de plus pour 2h de location en plus sachant que à la location nous avions demandés un rendu à l'heure de notre avion vers Milos à 18h45.
Nous sommes déçus de ne pas avoir eue au moins un geste commercial...
The check in process, was tedious and unprofessional. The car we recieved was not of the quality expected from europcar. On the highway a piece of the front wheel housing flew away. It had been taped together with black tape so that the defect could not be seen before.
Not good!
Quick pickup at airport. Upgraded us to a better car and class. Smiling service. Quick dropoff.
