Catastrophique
On nous a donné une voiture 4 ceintures pour 5 personnes, on s'est retrouvé avec un pneu dégonflé ils ne sont pas venus nous aider on a du se débrouiller seule, ils nous on fait payer pour 2 jours de location alors qu'on l'avait loué 30h donc 6h où la voiture a été immobilisée dans un garage et où on a pas pu s'en servir

Overall good experience, however it took quite some time at pick-up to accomodate my request of chaining 2 consecutive rentals I had, the additional driver was left out from the second rental and I was charged for it on the first one despite my privilege status (which clearly states the additional driver is at no extra charge). The staff was very helpful though, probably just unexperienced. The office and their fleet is brand new and we got the newest/best car in Greece ever before (any location).

It was not clearly described on our booking, that there is no Europcar counter directly at the airport, but rather we had to look for an Assistant who brings you to the rental station which is a bit off the airport. Apart of that, the service was good and friendly.

There wasn't anybody at the meeting point and we could not reach anybody on the phone because both numbers mentioned in the voucher were wrong. After 15 minutes of panicking finally somebody arrived. The car is okay, the service at the station was good

Übergabe war sehr freundlich und ordentlich. Leider leuchtete bereits da die Reifendruckkontrolllampe, welche trotz Rücksetzung eines Europcar Mitarbeiters, nach kurzer Fahrt wieder aufleuchtete. Nach Überprüfung der einzelnen Reifen und weiterem Rückstellen der Druckkontrolle, endlich erledigt - abgelöst durch die Erinnerungsleuchte für das Service, welche nun leuchtet…
