The minus of my experience with the renting was that the fuel tank indicator was in the middle and they asked me to bring it back the same. This wasn't an easy thing..

Car has been in very good condition,
The only thing we missed is the manual of/in the car to get better familiar with it. A regular map of Greece as well would be appreciated

Upon arrival I notified the staff that I needed the car for only 6 days, not the 7 I had initially booked, they refused to reduce the charges for the 1 day
Dear Europcar,
We entered the Athens airport arrivals hall and went to the Europcar desk (03Sep22 at 18.00 hours). There it took more then 2 hours! Waiting time, with 5 clients in front of us to receive the rental agreement (it was already fully prepaid online) and 2 Europcar staff members helping at the desk. How is this possible? I am a Travel Industry veteran and I have never experienced this before in my life... and has caused a huge frustration and a very late arrival at our final destination! Which in this case with this treatment in unacceptable!
Europcar really needs to do something about this!

Due to this delay, some of the reservations of people who were on time coincided with those who were late. Because of this, the delay was quite rightly mentioned, which was the cause of the delay. Had to wait because the system cancelled our reservation. Not able to apply special codes on the desk. And new reservation take 1 hour to appear in the system… after a 8 hours delayed flight, it is not what you expect from a company like Europcar. Thanks to Lamprini who tried hard to help us!

The team was nice. But I had a problem with the pin code of the credit card and they didn't have any solution or a way to solve it. Lucky the I managed eventually

Terrible and rude service from the europcar representative upon return of vehicle. Still waiting 3 days later for the purchase authorization to be lifted from my credit card.

There was a long qeue at the reception but the staff was extemely helpfull. At the parking lot, I waited a bit as well and the organization of who gets first his car, was not that great. Further more there were some minor faults at the paint of the car, which the staff did not want to record.

After arriving at the airport we had difficulty to locate the pickup point. The link with instructions for finding the office was not working. After locating the Europcar minivan that took us to the offices, everything was fine.
Polite and professional service, but the office is outside the Kefalonia airport and a bit tricky to find.
