Blaming each other. This is a complete disaster and avoid them for the time. Waited for ages and to only find out they cannot even check their own order number online.
Ordered parts online, wrong part delivered, went to Woodford store and after waiting 1 hour in a queue was refused a refund because i did not have a paper receipt. I had proof of purchase and my online account order but the staff member was on a power trip and flatly refused. Attitude was worst i have ever seen. Never again. I will tell everyone how badly i was treated.
What a bunch of cowboys.

Takes your money, doesn't even send the goods (Courier tracked) and ignores all requests for help and telephone/email/messages.

DELIVERY SERVICE - Terrible - Needed a battery for my sons car, said same day delivery available, thought great I'll have it and ordered it. HOURS later, coming up to store closing time, rang the store and was informed that the van left early in the morning and I was too late, explained it says same day delivery, told no, it will be 3 days!

DELIVERY SERVICE - Terrible AGAIN! - My wife's car needed a battery (I know!) she is a Nurse, ordered a battery and paid for next day delivery - 01/05/2020. Get a text from DHL on 01/01/2020 saying the battery will be delivered Monday 04/05/2020! Contact the store, explained the situation and that the battery was needed for today. Informed to go to the store to collect and delivery charge will be refunded.
So, I travel the 11.5miles to the store and there is que outside (COVID-19), not a problem, but it starts to pissistantly rain. (Glorious where I live so didn't take a coat) I ring the store, updated the guy on the phone and enquired if I could just collect the battery, only to be told that as DHL are delivering, the order would have been sent from HQ and there was nothing he could do.
This is by far the worst company that I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was sent the wrong item over a month ago, and I have spent hours on the phone, on chat and on emails trying to get a hold of someone. Two weeks ago, I finally managed to get through on the phone (after a 2 hour wait!), and was asked by the rep to return the wrong item first. They arranged for a pick-up the following day, and I was told that the correct item would be shipped within 24hrs after the incorrect item has been received. After another week of waiting, and without receiving any kind of notification, I called back (90 minutes in queue) only to be told that they had nothing about the exchange on record and that the supervisor will need to escalate the request to head office. I was to get a confirmation shortly. It's now another week gone by, and I'm still waiting. Corona or no Corona, this company deserves to go out of business for their neglegance and lack of customer support! If you cannot provide enough support during these unprecedented times then shut down temporarily, or at least have the decency to provide your customers with proper notifications via email and phone instead of leaving them hanging for hours, days, weeks!
Order on 08/04/20 order was over £100 should of been next day delivery never showed up so waited 7-8 working days nothing tried to call no answer sent email got reply asking for the order number which I already sent so I sent the order number again no reply tried on social media same thing happened.

Ordered a battery that took 4 weeks to arrive. I thought that was bad enough, and then I attempted to connect it. Firstly the terminals were too small (much smaller than original ones), and then it wouldn't start the car (probably not powerful enough) despite it being recommended for my vehicle. This isn't the first time I've had issues with these bandits'. I recommend using a local motor factors even if it does cost a few pounds extra!
I ain't happy you dint send what I paid for ball joint for my car I rang you one of your employees was nasty on the phone I have emailed you with item number I paid iv bought from you s before where this order I will contact manger who runs the place someone will get sacked ain't funny
I ordered two 5ltr cans of motor oil from euro car parts and 11 days later they delivered one. Tried contacting customer service and gave up after 53 minutes and no answer, so I sent an email explaining whet had happened. That was ten days ago and despite sending another email, this time asking them to refund my account, they haven't even bothered to reply. After the first email I phoned again and this time Someone answered after one and a half hours. After explaining the situation I was told they would sort the problem out with the warehouse and keep me informed. That was 9 days ago and I've heard nothing. I urge anyone thinking about using euro car parts to spend their money somewhere else, they are without fail the worst company that I've ever dealt with online.
I have been waiting for my order now for over 14 days, been on to customer services and was on hold on the queueing system for 3 hours with still no answers to my questions, finally asked for a refund, let's see how long that takes before I receive it.
Probably won't use Euro Car Parts again nor will I recommend any more.
Absolutely disgusted with the total lack of professionalism from these extortionates. I paid for the part plus postage 12 days ago
And nothing. I tried phoning the helpline 3 times and after an hour gave up in disgust. Never again.
Excuse after excuses, had half of order, once again DHL loses half of consignment and can't be arsed checking for me where goods are and just told it will turn up when it turns up, even being a key worker doesn't mean a thing to them even though they promote it, waited on chat nearly 5 hours just to cut off at number 5, hopefully they go under when things get back to normal
If I didn't have to rate them a 1* I wouldn't have rated them. Maybe a - 10. I returned my huge huge item back unopened as it was damaged waited for refund which states can be 10 days. Well 21 days later NOTHING. NOONE ANSWER MY EMAILS OR CALLS NOTHING I GET FOBBED OFF WHEN THEY DID ANSWER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIS IS CAUSING ME A LOT OF WORRY AND STRESS NOT TO MENTION THE PRICE OF DAILY CALLS WHICH CAN BE OVER AN HOUR. NOT AN HONORABLE SERVICE OR COMPANY. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER USE AGAIN
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, communication is poor and the advisors talk over you constantly, wouldn't use this company again if it was the last one standing - quick to take your money but not quick to return if you ask- no one knows anything when you ask for an update and had to hold on for 2 hours and 39 mins and still was stuck in the loop- average hold of 45 mins before you get through
I'm so disappointed in the service you get from Euro parts as I have been left on the line for over 1 hr and still didn't get through about my order which I placed 8 days ago! I would never use Euro parts again they are a joke wish I'd have gone to Halfords! It's cost me more money to try and chase order either by phone or email still no reply they are really bad with company to deal with! I don't want to rate but have too as won't let me review 0 stars
Shocking COVID 19 measures at Stevenage store today. I watched two different customers take USED gloves from an unmarked white cardboard box (the bin) outside the door, while new glove where in a deep store display unmarked again. Also list of keys workers is tiny, as someone who works in the forestry industry DEFRA have classed us as key workers and told to carry on. Not according to euro car parts.
Got fed up with poor service in store so used the Ebay site they have, Carpartssaver.
Wish i hadnt, they lost the parcel and are in dispute with DHL but wont refund until DHL find the parcel.
