Bought a battery about 2 years ago and the guys at the counter told me I don't need the receipt and all they need is my registration number for my years warranty. Went yesterday as the battery is dying already and been told sorry we can't do anything without the receipt. Cheap company with no standard and no ethics and will never ever use again and will tell everyone I know to never use them.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Eurocarparts delivered a leaking car battery.

Acid leaking out, causing damage to my garage floor and other items in my garage.

25 days passed with Eurocarparts taking 3 to 4 days to reply to every communication.

Eurocarparts promised 3 times to pickup this battery/acid. Each time they failed to arrive, costing me 3 days leave from my job.

Eurocartparts offered no refund and failed to ever collect this battery. The ultimate cost to me is as follows.

1.) £38 - The cost of this leaking battery
2.) £250 - The cost of 3 days leave from work, waiting for collection.
3.) £40 - The cost of paying the local council to dispose of the battery/acid.

I will never buy anything from Eurocarparts again and I advise others to steer clear of them.

This is a live review the garage that are doing the work on my car ie mint motors Sheffield order a set of rear calipers one came within 24 hours the second is going all over the uk centers this is a complete joke if they had a real problem with the missing part own up and say so then I could have got both calipers oe parts on a guarantee 24 hour delivery. Why cannot this rubbish company do the same. They lied about delivery still waiting for delivery a complete waste of time you are euro car parts #######

I've ordered FRONT brake pads for my car, but i got REAR pads.

Only 1 star, because this is not the first time, that they sending different items, or missing something.
And if this not enough, i can't send it back, i have to go to the shop anyway, and I can get the right item what i need, or if they don't have, I will get the money back.

Don't use. They do not keep there price promise.

I pay 5 pound for next day delivery battery for my car it was in
Thursday now we have Saturday 22:53 pm. To that moment I dont recive my battery!. So I lost 5 pound for nothing!. Now I have to try find someone who will be take me to work in Monday morning at 5 am becouse Eurocar parts dont know what is next day delivery!. So can you explain as for what I pay that 5 pound?

Drove to my local ECP to collect some filters. The Mann fuel filter was brought out by the gotoget guy and dropped on the counter before he attempted to make a swift exit. I noticed the state of the filter box and shouted to him to come back and open it. He then did, to reveal the black grubby fuel filter! I refused to take it, so next he tried fobbing me off again, but this time with an inferior make. Cut a long story short, upon my suggestion Im now waiting for a delivery next week. Grubby filter may be back on shelf! Totally rubbish service all round. Photos taken by me whilst box was on the ECP counter. You just couldnt make it up!

Despite my never knowingly giving them permission Euro Car Parts have been inundating me for years with adverts in the form of push notifications via Google Chrome, which I'm fairly certain is illegal. This was becoming very irritating and I recently had to complain twice before receiving a response, where I was told that this would be dealt with, and I also gave a negative response and explanation when asked if I was satisfied as weeks later the adverts are still coming. Not knowing much about push notifications I had to waste yet more time researching what these things are and how they can be blocked, which I have just done, so hopefully I will receive no more of their annoying rubbish.

I will never ever purchase anything from europarts again. Paid for next day delivery om tuesday before 4pm so item should be here today. Now being told its not going arrive until end of day friday. So why have a f#cking next day delivery option. When i phone up to ask for my delivery fee back they refused even though i paid for the service i DIDNT RECEIVED! So will be connecting my bank and telling them to cancel the whole paymeny for goods and services not received

Ordered Eicher brake pads having carefully checked the fitment details and picked up in store to fit myself.
A simple job made unpleasant by the rain; imagine my delight to find the pads were oversize overhanging the rim of the disc.
Euro car parts were as helpful as a wet fish not helped by my local store now being closed to customers. Web chat useless, store helpfully suggested ordering a better brand from another branch and making return there, but none available that day within 20 miles.
Bought pads from a local motor spares store - fitted just fine.
Unable to leave an item review on the Euro Car Parts web site as they have conveniently blocked that off. I wonder why?

Needed a new car battery for an elderly who had been in hospital so long his battery had gone flat. Said on phone it was in stock and to come collect

TOOK MY MONEY ON ARRIVAL made to wait 30mins to be told they "cant find it"
No apology nothing when asked them how long to get my money back my in the bank was told "i dont really know"
Phone manager to be hung up on. So i left there with 104 taken with no indication when i would get my money back. I was shocked and appaled.

All the staff i dealt with seemed incredibly entitled considering they wouldn't be employed anywhere credible and get very "clever" over the phone.

Go gsf / halfords your getting what you pay for here.

NEVER Order Online from this company. THIS company is giving FALTUS information on their online and always excuses

POOR DELIVERY SERVICE. Doggie customer service, they are Customer service, putting blaming to the customers.

I order car parts on 29 Sept Meant to be delivered by 3-4 working days. Today is the 6 October 2020, still not been delivered. When contacted customer service they saying the items is not available on the closes Chertsey brunch. But when I contact Chertsey branch via phone, they told me they have all the products available in their store. From this I can see Euro Parts is pushing customers to pay in delivery.

I checked if my order is landed in Chertsey. Euro Parts is failed and customer service is giving lots of LIES and FALSE information. Chertsey branch told me my order is in Staines branch.
The website says product is available. Don't TRUST this website or EURO PARTS.

I can't Trust this Company and LIEING CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY MOT is expired on 4th OCTOBER. The Euro parts will not be delivered not even this week.

The customer service is threatening me if i cancel the order my MONEY will refunded before 14days. This company will happily take money from us but take long to refund. NOW I AM STUCK With out MOT. Can't drive my car because of this bunch of Peoples from Euro parts

Say they price match, but when you email them they don't get back in touch.
Website says you can ring up for price match.
Ring up and guess what, no they don't it's an error on website they say!
All products are well overpriced online, always offering so called heavy discounts bit prices are still higher that competitors.
Will now only buy from this company when I'm desperate
Parts4you.com are always cheaper but website is very similar
Ignition coil for Vauxhall corsa £20 cheaper than Eurocarparts
Be warned check the prices carefully and don't fall for the so called high discounts of 40% upwards
