I'm 4 hours away from departure. They said I will receive an email with boarding pass no less then 8 hours before. Iv 3 connection flights that cost 1400€. No way of contacting them! I think this is a scam. I don't know what to do or who to contact
Stay clear of this company! They are pure scam! We booked a flight months in advance. Less than a week before our departure, they changed our flight time, so we had to rebook and pay for a new connection flight. ONE day ahead of our holiday they postponded our new flight two days. We had to cancel and buy new tickets on own bill. It is impossible to get a refund. They don't answer our complaint. Total loss was approximately 1.800 €. The most ironic thing in all this mess, is that we ended up traveling with the same plane and the same flight we were originally booked on. The one this company told us was cancelled.
I booked a flight that was later canceled with Esky in April 2023. Seven emails later, they still haven't refunded my ticket on 29th June 2023 and blame the Airline, and now they are saying only a voucher will be given by the airline, which is not allowed.
NOT a genuine and legitimate travel ticket provider! Unwanted delay in issuing the ticket and by the time you realise they are not legitimate, your seats are all gone!:-( disappointed and i will never again use them or recommend them.
The web site changed the date of my departure. Their "IT" department is saying I changed it. I did not.
The flight they said Ryan Air did not have avialable on that date I originally purchased DID in fact have over 60 available seats. (I paid Ryan directly and got on the flight I needed) After several phone calls to eSky to change, (agreeing to $79 change fee), they could not get me on the flight, saying it was full (which it was not) & did not have a solution. CHARGED ME FULL for both legs of travel which I was unable to use. SCAMMERS,do not use them. I have verifications but they are in pdf and cannot load to this review,. My flight dates were to Barcelona on the 4/27 then from Barcelona to London on May1st. I had concert tickets to a show in Barcelona on 4/29.They booked me out to London on 4/28. I KNOW I did not use that date anywhere. LIARS and untrustworthy to do business.
Needed to contact in order to cancel a flight. Got referred to a question service that 1) provided totally inaccurate information about cancellation, and 2) was charged $55 for using the question service, even though the eSky website said it would cost $5. Totally sleazy companies on both counts.
This is not a travel agency, they are not regulated nor, are they trustworthy. They simply take a boking fee for something which you can do yourself. Save yourself the time, pain and money and use a reputable travel agency or, book directly with an airline. The saga: my daughter booked a flight with them, they charged her for that flight then, a couple of days later, sent an email informing her that they have cancelled the flight and will refund her. A bit annoyed but, as she is travelling with friends, she then booked a flight with the airline directly. The flight was acutally over 100 Euro more booking via esky than direct with the airline (700 Euro direct cost). Now, esky refuse to refund the flight, claiming that there is a second booking (for which there was no confirmation, payment, email or, any other evidence of it's existence). We patiently emailed and called them many times but, they will not even accept the receipt of the information that we have provided them. I have never been treated so poorly by a vendor nor, have I ever made a review like this. Please avoid.
Just look at the rating, trash company, hidden costs, trash services, just use the airline service instead
Absolute disgraceful and Sham of an organisation. Booked £1600 flights which they cancelled 2days later. Still no refund and no escalation complaint process. We call daily and get the same scripted response from operators who don't care.
I booked an airline flight through eSky for a departure of Mar 20 and return of Mar 27. The confirmation email came back with dates of Feb 8, returning Mar 15. This was a ticket for connecting flights on Mar 20 and 27, not an option to fly on the dates they stated in the confirmation. I immediately and repeatedly asked for a change of date to the ones I had requested. They said several times they would change them. After 3 or 4 days of asking them to change to the correct dates, I called the airlines to ask if I could change them, but if a third party books a ticket, the individual flying cannot make any changes. They have to go through the third party booker. I finally had to purchase another ticket directly from the airline because eSky would not make the changes. Over 2 months later, I can go on my eSky account and the incorrect dates are still there. They will not make their mistake right. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Beware.
I booked a flight from london to paris with Esky,they did london stanstead to milan bergamo,then milan malpensa to paris orly.
The airport in bergamo took 2 hours and 30 mins on bus to malpensa, flight was at 20.15,reached bergamo at 14.40!
Baggage ryanair was only 45x24x20 bought extra baggage allowance,nothing for vueling for the flight to paris,when I got to airport in malpensa vueling staff said I have to pay 144 euros to board plane,didnt have the money on me,missed the plane,slept in airport paid for another ticket dieectly with easy and exrtra bagages to paris!
I called esky on monday to ask for compensation, they told me that no check in was available online to send me for babgage allowance for vueling! Sent email to esky, they said that they sent me the bagage allowance that was for Ryanair only!

Do not use this company. Buy your tickets directly from the airlines. I bought a ticket, paid for it, but didn't get a confirmation email. Found my booking number in the browser history, but the site shows that the booking number is wrong. Here's my number, *******895. But the worst part is, customer service doesn't answer your questions for days! If you want to ruin your vacation, use them.
I advise against the use eSky application nor their services. They cheat my parents changing the date of their flights and make them pay for the change to the date they need to travel. ESky didn't provide the locator of the reserve, nor a telephone of contact so my parents didn't have other option. After that all they got is a print screen saying they have paid, but no other guarantee they have the reservation with the flight company. I cannot recommend a company who took advantage of 2 elderly persons.
I recommend never using this company as it is fraud. Because of a problem with my airline, my flight had to be changed to the following day. Because of that I also missed a connecting flight in Dallas. So at that point they would have owed me about $450. I paid for the insurance with E-sky just in case something like this happened and after months of going back and forth they simply would not pay. And eSky said it wasn't their responsibility.
I found out the insurance company is in Poland and they couldn't even write or spell the English language. They had no real understanding of the English language.
I will never use this company again and hope you won't either. I went through so much with them that I finally gave up realizing it was a scam and no matter what I wasn't going to get repaid. It was absolutely unbelievable.

We booked flights and due to passport issue could not board the flight to Peru.
The Esky fight was 3 weeks away booked on Latam airline. The Esky associate said we could not change or get money back unless I confirm with Latam.
I called Latam and they were lovely. The sales person there said no problem refund is available but it must go through the booking agent. They also said why is the booking agent asking you to call when it's there job!
These thieves at Esky will only give 100 dollars of the 850.00 we spent liar looser jerks. Be WARNED

Don't trust esky! We canceled on the cancellation date on the reservation, then the cancellation terms disappeared from our reservation. We had to e-mail them. Then esky emailed asking for the hotel cancellation # which I sent them, and 2 weeks later there is still no response. I've had to work with my credit card to get a refund. Fraud or disorganized.
Phone agents assured me they were in contact with Delta Airlines but never responded to my issues. Chat line is poor service. Finally contacted Delta Airlines myself and got answers withing 5 minutes. Will never use esky again.
Booked a reservation thinking I was booking on Delta. Their google ad is designed to fool you. Halfway in, I realized I was on Esky, but in good faith I thought "what's the difference?" There is one. 5 minutes after I booked it I realized I wasn't booked in Delta, but another airline, despite being lead to beleive I was booking Delta. I needed to cancel it because I made an error booking it. Long story short, they canceled it and charged me $144 for the privelege, when if I booked with Delta directly, it would cost me nothing to cancel a reservation within 5 minutes of booking two months in advance. This company is predatory in my opinion and a pure ripoff. You're penalized for not taking a few hours to read all their small print. Do not assume they are reputable and reasonable, they are not. "You agreed to this in sub section 4(c) apendix 1a... "
BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE. Esky is a ripoff artist, in my opinion.
All tickets have an added administration cost of £39. If anything goes wrong from the airlines side they will charge you for wanting to change/cancel. Book directly from the airline! Customer service are also not helpful

Τελευταία στιγμή στο αεροδρόμιο χρειάστηκε να μην ταξιδέψει το μωρό μας μαζί με την γυναίκα μου και δεν μου ακύρωσαν ούτε αυτό το εισιτήριο αλλά ούτε και την επιστροφής, που ήταν 8 μέρες μετά. Πολλές επικοινωνίες, απάντηση μετά από 2 ημέρες και καμία διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση!
Answer: You can't if you book through eSky. ESky refused to cancel my flight even though the airlines allowed it. ESky is the only one that can make changes with the airline if you book your ticket through them.
Answer: Pretty much impossible and they are clearly incentivized not to progress any claim for a refund. The 'complaints' link on the website does not work nor the email address I was given.
